Gérard is one of the best, if not the best host I ever had not only was he very welcoming, he also provided top quality services as well as a lot of help discovering the area around the studio. I would recommend this place 100%.

The accommodation at Gerand's place was wonderful. Clean, fragrant and fully equipped. Private parking, the best bakery right next door, a train and bus stop and right next to the beach. Really luxurious accommodation. We came for our 15th wedding anniversary and felt at home at Gerard's place. Thank you, we will definitely come again

The studio apartment was clean and well presented. Our host Gérard was kind, generous and helpful to us. We would highly recommend this studio apartment and certainly would stay there again.

Loved our stay here, it was perfect. Gerard was amazing from start to finish, so accommodating and full of used information. The location is great! short walk to the beach and harbour, and lots of public transport to nice/Cannes - highly recommended this place

Perfect place while you are travelling through Côte d’Azur

Recommend. We have traveled through all Côte d’Azur and we used this place as our living hub. The apartment is perfect for longer stay as it has all you need. Bathroom is super clean and renovated. Big balcony with the view. Parking is safe and locked, has parking place. The owner Gerard is very helpful and kind person, visit the property and you will get perfect place to travel around Cote d’Azur with car or train and get back to the property after the long day to get some home feeling and rest like in your own home.

Let's start with the host ... Gérard...an exquisite person, attentive to the smallest detail, and absolutely helpful. Ready to give advice on the best places to visit, even careful to advise you on the right day because it's "the market day". Yes it's true the accommodation may not be very spacious, but it really does have everything: a full kitchen, and if you need to wash and iron also a washing machine and an iron. Excellent indeed.

Great little space.

Balcony and washer. Great have, it made the apartment very accompanying. Great kitchen area and landlord left nice goodies. Best of all our own parking space and automatic entrance gate opener. Pull out couch very comfortable but took up most of the room when left open.

Delightful studio with the best host ever!

Gerard is a wonderful human being and an excellent host. I really enjoyed his very comfortable, spotless clean studio which has everything you need and more!

Beautiful and clean. Amazing view of the hill. Nice for couple or family. Landlord also gave lot of things in the apartment to eat as well. Amazing facilities. Free Parking.

Best place to stay

Nice place near to the beach, bus and train stations. The appartement was as described, clean and with a nice view from the balcony. Mr. Gérard was very nice and helpful, in time for both check-in and checkout and always reachable by phone.

The owner, Gerard, was very kind and he thougts about everything what guests may need. I have never met the owner who presents so much hospitality:) We had a problem with the car and Gerard has been waiting for us for a few more hours -thank You very much for this once again! The apparment was very clean and had many convenient solutions for the guests.

Great stay, beautiful apartment and excelent host

Locality was great and Gerard was really an excelent host. Because of a traffic jam we arrived an hour late, but it was no problem and Gerard waited for us, welcomed us and showed the apartment and everything about. He prepared for us some fruit and lots of other food including bottle of wine. We really loved stay in Gerard's appartment and if we will visit this location in the future, it will be our first choice.
