Had a great long weekend in the Sand Dune had by everything we needed. Paul and Claire were fabulous

Enjoyable. relaxing and good food.

A cosy little place ideal for a couple. Ideal location near the beach. Also even though it is small there is a bath. My husband and I visit Looe often and will be back again.

If I had to mention anything, its the parking. But Looe has a good size carpark.

Nice little getaway place, perfectly positioned

Really clean place, and amazingly close to the town and beach, perfect. Very cosy in the evenings, and a comfy bed for the night. Looe is a lovely town, with shops, pubs, restaurants, and good walks along the coast.

While it was very quite from outside, there was a bit of overspill from neighbouring properties (I'm a very light sleeper), didn't bother my girlfriend at all though.

Cute apartment in a brilliant location near beach and harbour

The location, near harbour and beach was brilliant! The flat looked exactly like the pictures, and although small was perfectly formed. The WiFi was excellent for the whole stay, which is rare in our experience of other stays. As one of us was working, this was really appreciated. Looe is gorgeous. We fell in love with it. And we will remember the apartment with fondness. Everything worked like a dream. A keysafe is always appreciated - thank you!

The heated towel rail in the bathroom was off and we couldn't put it on, which meant the bathroom was always a bit chilly. Condensation is clearly an issue and we appreciated that the dehumidifier provided was very efficient. And quiet. The parking was a bit of a pain, but we realise this is typical in Cornwall and it isn't the owner's fault!

Perfect apartment, wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

Apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and in the perfect location. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was made to feel like a home from home. Great communication from the owner Paul, I look forward to staying here again.

No on site parking, however public car park nearby means this isn't a massive issue.

Perfect in every way 👌

We ha e been coming to Looe for the last 25 years, stayed in many houses and apartments. Sand Dune was just perfect, location and facilities can't be beaten. Would definitely book again.

Cosy apartment close to the town beach

Tucked away in the warren of narrow streets in the old town, Sand Dune is a charming and cosy apartment. The apartment is well equipped for a self-catering stay. We stayed in December and the town was very quiet. The old town has restricted parking and guests are advised to use the large Millponds car park across the bridge in West Looe, which is very reasonably priced and only about 10-15 mins walk. This was not a problem for us.

The apartment is really quite small but the owners have made good use of the layout to get the most from the space, and so it is perfectly adequate for a short stay.

it was perfect for a couple looking to have a relaxing, cosy get away

the only negative thing I can say is the parking aspect. you can’t park outside unless it’s to drop your stuff off and the parking can be expensive overnight if staying during the summer time

Cornwalls little gem

Accommodation excellent, weather good, Looe was a new destination for us and we enjoyed our stay and will be putting it on our to do list again.

We wanted a refreshing holiday and that's what we got. No complaints at all. All glowing reports.

Hidden Gem

The welcome gift was a nice surprise, lovely thoughtful touch. The apartment had everything we need for our stay. The location was brilliant, just off the main path, a stones throw from the beach, nice and quiet. Just round the corner from all the bars, restaurants and shops. Would recommend and would stay again on our next visit to Looe.

There was nothing not to like about the apartment.

We loved our stay at Sanddune, located a minutes walk from the beach & minutes the other way right into town for restaurants & shops. Apartment was perfect for a couple, clean with everything needed, Paul the owner was very helpful & we would 100% stay here again.

It was 28 degrees our whole stay so a ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been amazing but this is being picky as we loved our little apartment.

Fantastic property

Our Stay At Sand Dune

Myself and my boyfriend got back today from Sand Dune in Looe for my birthday in September. This was honestly one of the best places we have stayed! Beautiful little apartment home, right by the beach literally a 1 minute walk. Perfect location for everything, pubs, resteraunts. Could not ask for more! So so pleased and will be 100% be staying again. Cannot wait to visit again. Thank you so much.
