An excellent choice of accommodation in the perfect location for us to explore the island.

The location, close to one of the most picturesque villages on the island was ideal for us. We were looked after in excellent accommodation which was clean, and very well-serviced during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Mark's breakfasts were an occasion to savour. They also arranged a carriage drive for us which gave an excellent opportunity to explore the countryside and provide a memorable experience.

We cannot think of anything which would have improved our stay.

Superb place to stay.

It was a beautiful setting. The room was clean and the furnishings were tasteful. The bed was comfortable and aided a peaceful night sleep. The tea and coffee supply's were kept topped up and the extra goodies were a lovely touch. Kathy and Mark were attentive and gave us ideas on good places to eat.

There was nothing we didn't like, but I would have found a coffee machine or cafetiere an added bonus.

We had a lovely couple of nights staying at the property and would highly recommend it.

The property was lovely, very comfortable, very warm, spotlessly clean. The food was extremely good and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Great location. Lovely modern & clean room. Mark & Kathy were great hosts, always happy to help - Mark cooks a mean breakfast & Kathy was happy for our daughter to help feed the animals. Had a great time & hope to be back sometime.

No complaints from us.

Lovely self contained rooms. Location is off road so secluded and quiet and peaceful. Toiletries were nice.

We stayed in the old farmhouse with a big four poster bed! would definitely stay there again

Both Mark and Kath were very friendly, Mark did an excellent breakfast. You do need a car as it's off the beaten track, but well worth a visit!

Great centre for exploring IOW countryside. Godshill has some nice places to eat.

Comfortable, great escape from the city

Lovely breakfast and a nice chat with Mark who recommended lots of things to do! Good was great, freshly cooked and a big portion, kept a us going until dinner!

Peaceful - Excellent - Totally Recommend

Everything! from the start to the finish we loved it all, wonderfully fresh cooked breakfast by Mark every morning. Peaceful/ comfortable and all the staff were so friendly!

Nothing! if your using the bus take a torch to walk up the drive if returning in the dark but this isn’t a problem.

Perfect as always!

Peaceful & beautiful location. Best nights sleep in comfortable bed & surroundings. Mark & Kathy are lovely hosts, who make you feel very welcome. Mark makes a delicious breakfast too! Looking forward to booking our fourth visit!

Lovely rural location, away from road noise, welcoming, friendly hosts, very comfortable bed, great shower, all as expected for price paid.

Perhaps a separate rate for continental breakfast for those who do not want too much in mornings.
