Comfortable except fot struugles with coffee machine

The coffee machine did not work properly and the wall socket where it plugged in was loose and didn’t work.

Medewerkers doen hun best en trachten problemen op te lossen.

Ik vind dat Bastion Geleen begint te "roesten". Eerlijk is eerlijk: een week geleden hebben ze een gorse brand gehad. Daardoor werkte o.a. de draaideur van de ingang niet meer. Maar dat rechtvaardigt niet dat prullenbakken aan de voorkant van het gebouw uitpuilen (meerdere dagen) en de peuken bij de voordeur breed verspreid liggen. Dit is duidelijk gebrek aan aandacht. Daarnaast heb ik de indruk dat met te weinig personeel wordt gewerkt.

Gute, saubere Zimmer. Lage mit Auto sehr gut

Das Zimmer entspricht auf jedenfall den Bildern. Es war sauber und das Bad fanden wir sehr schön. Insgesamt alles recht modern. W-Lan war gut und hat uns erlaubt, Streamingdienste über den Zimmer TV zu schauen. Die Lage, sehr Nahe zur Autobahn, war perfekt. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, aber haben am Abend der Ankunft gegessen. Das Essen war in gut, hat uns geschmeckt und die Preise waren in Ordnung. Am Wochenende hat man nicht so viel Auswahl an warmen Gerichten, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Insgesamt war dort nichts abgewohnt und es war mal kein Teppich im Zimmer. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort um nach Valkenburg zur Weihnachtszeit zu fahren. Die Anbindungen sind perfekt. Wir können es auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten bei der Buchung ein Babybett angefragt, aber daraufhin nie eine Antwort erhalten. Das Bezahlsystem finde ich auch sehr umständlich, da man an die Unterkunft direkt bezahlt und dies nicht über booking abgewickelt wird.

Mooie kamer maar keuken is niet goed

De hotelkamer was erg goed!

Het ontbijt was niet goed en bij het avond eten waren ze ons vergeten en kregen we 2 doorgebakken hamburgers na 45 minuten.

good stay. could be better.

location : close to all attractions using vehicle. room size: large breakfast: very good parking: free parking all day staff: very friendly and kind

room cleanliness: poor and problem with towels. we were two in room each day there towels missing. had to ask from the reception to give us towels. the beds were separate although we asked connected beds. The mattress slips off the bed in the middle of the night and I fell on the floor and injured my face from the top of the bedside table.

Location was good for our needs to visit neigbouring cities. Room was quiet and clean.

Breakfast was suffering the lack of staff. It was running out of some items every morning.

Nice stay!

good: * breakfast is good (but only till 9am unfortunately, a bit early for me) * personal is very helpful and nice in general * location is good * parking is convenient and big enough * room is big with huge windows

could be better: * prolonged breakfast till 10am would be nice * bed/pillow were OK, but could be better (to my taste pillow was too big and the bed was too small and too soft)

Perfectly decent hotel, nothing special

It's just a standard "hotel by the highway". It's nothing really special, but it's a perfectly nice hotel for a short stay. The staff was friendly and everything was in order.

It was a bit weird, that I had to ring each time to enter the parking, the room key didn't open the barrier. And the elevator was crazy slow.

Absolutely nothing because I did not stay even one hour but I was charged 3 nights. Booking.com was responsible because did not give us correct direction as road was closed during those days and telephone number mentioned in booking confirmation was answering machine. And I mentioned to answering machine that they should cancel my booking because I was unable to find the address mentioned in booking. I already send message by email to booking. Com because they had my credit card details but Bastion hotel charge my card. I booked room in Stein hotel for same pe
