Our time at this hotel has been one of the best hotel stays we have had. We will definitely be back and would recommend

The views from the hotel are incredible. The character of the hotel is really warm and homely and spotlessly clean. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff made sure you had everything you needed.

This is a unique family run hotel with great attention to detail, professional friendly staff and excellent food. An abs

I loved the location of the hotel, specifically the magnificent views from the dining room and living room. The hotel was very well maintained and decorated and the staff were very friendly and profesional. The breakfast and food at the item was fabulous and the details such as the tea time cakes in the afternoon made the place really welcoming. The hotel is a family run business and this is very apparent in the warmth and management of the hotel. The shuttle service run by Enzo was very efficient at ferrying us to and from the slopes and the ski equipment delivery and pick up from the hotel was ideal. I will certainly be returning for a winter and summer stay.

Heartfelt stay in the Dolomites

The staff, amenities and dining experience was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay heartfelt.

Beautiful mountains, amazing views, crazy good food, very attentive staff.

The breakfast was amazing with very tasty patisserie products. The buffet does not include "warm" food as other hotels might because they will prepare it in the kitchen and bring it hot. Maybe a bit of variation from day to day would improve it. Each day they would prepare 2 cakes for free in the main lobby. After a day skiing that was such a treat. The spa area is not amazing. Well equipped but the swimming pool was a bit too small. Everything smells amazing as does the entire Hotel. The highlight has to be the dinner. It is a real experience - 4 course dinner with salad buffet. The waiters are top notch, always attentive and fast. The staff was very helpful and it is worth mentioning the assistance they provided to take you to the ski area. Just so you understand how helpful the staff was: I forgot the rented car's headlights on and it drained the battery. I was in a bit of a hurry we were heading to the slopes. They asked for the keys of the car and by the time we were back the car's battery was recharged. That is attentive service.

Superb

very kind hotel staff, always helpful professional service in the restaurant Very good food, I recommend buying a HB package, there are not many good restaurants in the town, and better restaurants need to be booked in advance transport under the ski lift by private bus

This was our second and hope not the last time time in this great hotel

Perfect breakfast, really great dinner (Michelin star for 2021) with very professional and friendly staff + serious wine cart For smokers there is a nice smoking room with everything you will need Must notice great service with reasonable pricing in the lobby bar - used it a lot Hotel shuttle will take you to (and back) any place in the city from 8 to 20 - arrives very quickly Very comfortable SPA with prefect view to the mountains Friendly and professional staff in the reception will help you with any issue/question

Felt not to comfortable with the bed but I think it's personal and others may like it

Perfect, you must visit!

Staff were truly amazing, thanks to them all for going above and beyond every day to make our trip special. They all went out of their way to day hello and make sure you were happy. Spa was fantastic and the views really amazing. We had the all inclusive package including dinner which I 100% recommend as its some of the best food we've ever had. Restaurant service was exceptional. Parking on site was easy and free.

The most exquisite stay

Everything was perfect... The hotel venue is unique, with a direct view on the Dolomites mountains. Sunrise, sunset, daytime is like a mesmerizing movie. The guests rooms, dining room, Spa, bar... are beautifully decorated. The food is delicious and fully deserves its Michelin award. And last but not least, the personnel is so warm and careful that one almost feels home.

The hotel staff were superb - very friendly and the service was exceptional. The quality of the food and the accommodation was also outstanding
