De ligging is prachtig, je hoeft eigenlijk het park niet af.

Het hotel is erg netjes en de medewerkers zijn erg klantvriendelijk. Het ontbijt en het buffet was echt goed. Het ontbrak aan niets!

De kamer was wat klein voor 4 personen, maar verder echt prima en schoon!

Mixed feelings: Great place, staff and facilities but awful rooms

Excellent facilities in the park itself: Very nice beach club, beaches itself, boat rental, restaurant choices, elaborate breakfast, really nice staff

Rooms are completely outdated, warn down and too small. No place to put anything. Balcony looked and felt like a prison cell with non removable steel shutters blocking the view. This definitely needs improvement.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sowohl zur Ankunft, als auch zur Abreise kleine Geschenke erhalten und uns wurde bei allen fragen und wünschen immer kompetent und freundlich weitergeholfen. Die Lobby, der Frühstücksbereich und der Aufenthaltsraum für die Kinder war sehr modern. Die Zimmer müssten aber mal überholt werden. Vor allem die Badezimmer und die Sanitäranlagen. Trotzdem war es genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und stets sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Hotelanlage ist riesig und bietet viele Attraktionen und Restaurants. Aber auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es sind kaum weite Fahrten nötig.

Die Zimmer und Sanitäranlagen müssten mal saniert werden. Der Balkon ist nicht besonders schön durch den Verschlag um das Hotel.

en fait l'hotel Niko était fermé et nous avons été surclassés dans l'hotel JURE voisin , luxueux , avec excellent accueil, très bien placé, piscine et tous services, très bon séjour

Toplom moru, solidnom bazenu, ukusnoj hrani i dobrom hladu uvijek se rado vraćam.

Restoran i meni izvanredni. Položaj hotela i bazena su odlično uvezani i imaju lijepo okruženje. Osoblje se vidno zalaže da se gost osjeća ugodno i u prvom planu. Sigurnost u hotelu i parkingu je na zavidnom nivou.

Vrijeme koje se pokvarilo u utorak 29.08.2023g, viša sila. Za domaćeg gosta cijene su visoke, Treba naći način da domaći gost ima neki popust, barem simbolično. To bih skrenulo pozornost domaćem gostu da se o njemu ipak vodi briga, da se može osjećati privilegirano.

Excellent staff, location, rooms, facilities, service, on the beach My wife celebrated her 50th birthday and they surprised us with a big and delicious cake In addition we received a free dinner as a gift The hotel is not 3 stars at least 4 stars and above Of course we will be back, without a doubt Thank you very much for an amazing vacation

Rooms are very tired and our shower was broken. The brise soleil shutters make it a little like being in prison.

Amazing, much more than we expected!

The welcome on arrival was above and beyond what was expected. The facilities were explained to us by a rep and we were offered a welcome drink or sparkling wine, juice or water. The facilities were fantastic, large pool area with use of other pools on the resort, gelato shops, bars, restaurants, sweet shop, outdoor cinema, shops, beach club, evening entertainment and champagne bar. Parking is charged at €10 a day but the hotel kindly wavered this charge for us. The rooms are nothing special to look at but have everything you need for the short amount of time you spend in the room. Large, very comfortable bed, fridge, TV, balcony, good bathroom, toiletries and slippers provided. We would definitely stay again! Not to mention free fruit and sparkling wine around the pool each day.

It was expensive to buy drinks etc around the hotel. €4 for a fanta, when travelling with children it becomes very expensive but we had a hire car and went to the supermarket. We stored drinks in the fridge in the room.

Misleading and Disappointing Experience at the Resort

Misleading photos and inaccurate room description. Small and outdated rooms. Cramped bathroom with inadequate lighting. Additional charges for parking, lounge beds, and lounge chairs. Limited options and high prices for drinks. Uninviting pools with green algae. Expensive restaurants within the resort.

A perfect, relaxing break from work.

This is an excellent hotel located in a large, independent resort. The staff are extremely welcoming, the location is outstanding and the facilities are more than sufficient for a relaxing, comfortable, quiet stay. The help of the concierge and a fantastic breakfast are particularly worth an appraisal!

Dad with son for a week

Go to place if you have children or if you travel with your family and want a relaxed vacation. The staff is so good and are at your disposal 24/7. 10/10 for the staff A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

The property was right on the beach and you do not have to leave it to get anything. Everything you will ever need is inside of the complex.
