das kann ich mir durchaus nochmals vorstellen

Lage sehr gut, wenn man Termine an der Techn. Universität hat; Lage direkt am Vitosha Park sehr schön (mein Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf den Park mit dem Vitosha Mountain im Hintergrund. Zimmer-Ausstattung einfach, aber komplett (mit Schreibtisch, Sessel/Beistelltisch); geräumiges Zimmer. Hotel hat alles was es braucht & mehr (Spa-Bereich, (Kaffee-)Bar/Night Club, Restaurant, ...); gutes Frühstücks-Buffet mit allen Basics. Parkplatz um die Ecke (an der Rezeption melden, damit die Schranke bei Vorfahrt geöffnet wird)

Sauberkeit nicht überragend (Schimmelfleck in der Dusche, staubige Ecken im Zimmer, nur Mini-Mülleimer im Bad). Komplizierte Bedienung des Fernsehers mit Receiver (2 Fernbedienungen, die nicht selbsterklärend waren); Receiver re-bootet ständig/fällt aus. nächste Metro-Station (mit Anbindung an Stadtzentrum) eine ganze Ecke weit weg (gut 10' zu laufen)

Το καλυτερο ξενοδοχειο διπλα στα πανεπιστημια

Πολυ ωραιο ξενοδοχειο, διπλα στο Τεχνικο πανεπιστημιο της Σοφιας. Προσιτο ευκολα και με το μετρο(κοντα στη σταση Musagenitsa), αλλα και με λεωφορεια απο τον κεντρικο δρομο μπροστα απο τα πανεπιστημια(πχ. 280, 415 κλπ)

Very enjoyable with little to no issues

The room had a wonderful view once it stopped raining, it had great shower (not that great in a company of two friends), breakfast was also great, maybe a little more choices when it comes to sausages and pastries (there was just bread, I would appreciate any sort of whole seed or different kind of bread or a bun) The pool was very nice, not too big, but with a ideal temperature and not too much chlorine

The sofa didn't feel very stable to sleep on, a slight movement created a lot of noise and the middle part felt that it will either collapse or close on itself when I moved or changed my sleeping position. Also I would love any form of door seal when it comes to toilet, having a glass door only with a lot of space around the door isn't very nice. If possible a curtain that could be used to close off the shower wall, it is kinda see through in the morning under the sunlight and not ideal for a room full of 3 straight men.

Disappointed

The vie only.

Was written that have room service, but was working only after 12pm. Was written that have a hair dryer and phone but they were not working. Was written that have mini bar, but was only empty fridge. Was written that have a parking, but was not secured side community parking that was not having space where to park. I am pretty sure that the linen in the bed was used, from previous guests and was not been change. And for the end the enter door of the room was broken.

Non ci tornerò

Forse solo la zona tranquilla... ma niente di che. la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale. Parcheggio gratuito a 2 minuti a piedi

Dalle foto sembrava molto meglio, il letto era veramente scomodo, colazione essenziale. Struttura da ristrutturare. Non ci ritornerò anche perchè era troppo fuori mano.

Perfect place to stay if you're traveling with kids.

Everything was as it should be. The floor in the room was dirty. We travelled with kids and arrived late. We could not ask to get it cleaned. Breakfast was perfect . The restaurant floor had a very thick carpet. It made me feel a little uncomfortable, it must be full of things.

The cleaning. Parking spaces. Otherwise it was very good.

The worst experience in Sofia.

Nothing

The rooms looked old and dirty. The flooring was damaged in all our rooms (4, in total). The bathroom looked dirty, too, with mold in the shower area. The toilet seat had yellow spots. In my room, on a shellf, there was an expired bag of chips (visible for everyboby - still there) and a lot of dust on the mentioned shelf.

It was extremely dirty, staff was a disaster, Sauna was OK but reaaaaly dirty and paid on top of the stay. The price was really too high for what this hotel offers. I would NEVER return there. No towels in the bathroom. No clean glasses in the room. No drinking water in the room. Only one pair of slippers. In attentive staff, they did not reply to most of our requests or concerns at all. We've asked for a late check out, but the staff did not reply... No free parking The pool is OK, but there are public training sessions inside it and it's really crowded. Pillows were small and cheap.

Nice stuff - the worst cleaned room.

The stuff of the hotel is very nice and helpful.

The cleanliness of the hotel room wasn’t on the level of the hotel. I can say that I’ve never been in so dirty bathroom so far.
