Cher pour une chambre qui a beaucoup de defauts

L'Accueil du personnel, l'emplacement

Le telephone de chambre sale , poussiere sur le bureau. Meubles et murs en mauvais états. Planche de parquets reparés approximativement. Cuvette et Abattant des toilettes qui est visses que d un coté

Parking payant et risque pour votre voiture

Le petit déjeuner était complet.

Le parking est payant. Il faut laisser ses clés à l'accueil notamment parce que le personnel optimise les places autour de l'hotel et qu'ils garent la voiture et la change de place. Ma voiture semble avoir été abimée à cette occasion, impossible de le prouver car nous n'avons remarqué cela qu'après être partis (1h plus tard). Dur dur de se dire qu'on revient de vacances avec une voiture abimée ; l'hôtel a indiqué qu'ils n'avaient pas de solution à nous indiquer. Poignée de chauffage cassée dans la chambre 1ere nuit pas terrible, le personnel a cependant réparé rapidement le soucis une fois signalée. Femme de ménage qui vient toquer et ouvrir la porte à 9h du matin (nous n'avions pas mis la petite pancarte, néanmoins je n'avais jamais vécu une situation comme cela dans un hôtel), idem on toque à la porte à 16h pour remplir le mini-bar...

Not a comfortable stay

Good location

Grubby room. The furniture was old and damaged, the walls were dirty and the room had a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. The air conditioning didn’t work and as the room was so hot we rang reception for someone to come and take a look at the broken air con unit. They said they would come in 10 minutes but no body turned up at all. We had to have the windows open all night but the sound of loud traffic kept up awake all night until about 3:30 in the morning. To be fair, I would mention one positive - the stall allowed us to have an extra hour late check out

hotel prêt du centre 15 min du lac à pied 25 de la gare réceptionniste à l'écoute

j'ai eu de l'eau chaude le dernier matin donc j'ai passés 3 jours à l'eau froide, alors que je l'ai signalé à l'accueil le matin de la première nuit finie. La télé chaine françaises ne marchait pas toutes et les séries aléricaines téaient en anglais (bon ça c'est sans doute propre à Genève) Bruyant dimanche matin alors que les autres jours c'était calme 12 francs de taxe de séjour c'est cher la suisse

En bref, hôtel intéressant pour passer une nuit pour le travail. Mais pas plus.

Emplacement proche de la rame de tram. Salle de bain propre et bien entretenu Petite table pour travailler

Cet hôtel est noté 4 étoiles, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi. On est très loin de ce standard, petit 3 étoiles au maximum. L'hôtel est vieillot et la chambre également. La moquette au sol participe à ce constat. La prise pour recharger le natel ne fonctionnait pas, aucune boisson dans le minibar. Le matelas était très dur. De plus, la chambre était mal insonorisée et le bruit de la rue était très fort, sans bouchon, difficile de trouver le sommeil....

Douche très agréable, bon petit déjeuner, lit confortable, bien que petit, je n'ai plus l'habitude de dormir dans un lit single, personnel très aimable

Excellent stay in convenient Eaux-Vives location.

The location was perfect for me as I had appointments near the place des Eaux-Vives and was able to enjoy sitting by the lake in the early morning. I also liked the atmosphere of the hotel - exceptionally spacious and bright entrance foyer and restful classic decor. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

My room overlooked an office building and the nearby traffic was quite noisy.

Location. The staff (understaffed) did their best which could not help.

The hotel is shabby. Tiny room. No aircondition. No plagues. Very noisy, both from neighborsing rooms and from outside. Very poor breakfast for too high extra price.

Nice central hotel for a small vacation

The hotel is very nice and it has really good location, not far from the lake and all the transport is available, it was nice to stay in there. The staff is very good

they charged 8CFH for a small bottle of orange juice . No complimentary tea or water which considering the price there should have been. room did not have balcony view as stated when k booked

A bad experience.

The location for the purpose of my stay was convenient.

The heaters were not working. When I arrived at night I was expecting a heated room but it was not the case and I had to sleep in a very cold weather and left early in the morning.

Poor.

The room looked nice. The staff were friendly, but the manager was a nutcase. Right in front of me, he told the receptionist that he would have to pay for any drinks out of the mini-bar himself if there were unpaid drinks.

The bathroom was totally delapidated, there was no soap holder in the shower, the shower head was broken and could only be used hand-held, the shower doors didn't close properly. The lamp light switches had worn out so that the lamps would not stay on. The Wifi in the rooms did not work. We couldn't control the temperature, This was a 2 1/2 star hotel at best.
