Piscina precisa de reforma urgente pois os azulejos do fundo estão soltando, o café preto é o pior café que tomei na vida, ele parece velho pois fica. O aquecedor o tempo todo.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The pool was a great but needs to stay open longer.
Princess Kamala is not a resort, ir is just a hotel. We arruved abd was told we were upgraded, apparently everyone in my party was told the same thing. We got what we booked a double prem. Me and my friend were placed on one side of the hotel which had not recieved the semi renovations. The rooms have a have mold and mildew smell because there is mold and mildew. The pool closes early but really nice on the private side.

The location was good, accessible to the beach across the road. Plenty of food and massage around the area.
Rooms were run down, flimsy door locks made us feel unsafe. We were given the last bungalow and it was not convenient with a baby to go to that part of the hotel at night. Rooms were not very clean or comfortable, loud noises from the road as well as the other room due to the lack of sound proofing.

Localização, próximo de muitos restaurantes, supermercado, casas de massagens e atravessando a estrada estamos na praia e com mercados de rua com comida tradicional.
Do check in. Chegámos ao hotel eram 09:40 e às 10:20 deixaram-nos ir para o hotel.
Restaurante do hotel é muito caro. Talvez seja por isso que estava sempre vazio ao almoço e jantar.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es gibt belebte Strassen, viele Restaurants und der Strand ist in nächster Nähe.
Das Personal hat uns mitten in der Nacht ein Zimmerwechsel (wegen Schimmel im Bett!) ermöglicht.
Das Zimmer roch ecklig. Wir konnten nicht schlafen, da das Bett richtig nach Schimmel stank. Beim genaueren Hinsehen, waren alle Kissen mit Schimmel befallen!! Auch im zweiten Zimmer, in welches wir mitten in der Nacht wechseln konnten, roch es unangenehm. Wir checkten nach dieser Nacht frühzeitig aus!
Vom Hotel gab es kein entgegenkommen vom Preis und auch nicht wirklich eine Entschuldigung. Es schienbso, als ob wir nicht die ersten wären mit diesem Problem..

Everything about the hotel was great - the staff, the rooms - we stayed in two as we extended, the breakfast, cleanliness and pool.

Staff very rude. Aircon was not working, we asked for fan. They were literally fighting with us. They were just very ill mannered staff.

AC is very noisy, and can not control the speed, hard to sleep if you leave it on/ or switch it off ( hot temperature). room is bit of tired- need to be renovated.
one room key was provided per room(you can not leave AC on when you go out), which means when you back hotel, the room is warm and humid.
if you book pool view room, ground floor is preferable. our room just at the corner from elevators. easy to claim in from balcony. we can not open the door of balcony, and no privacy. as pic show..

The breakfast buffets were very good with various options. Offered your typical American breakfast along with fruits, and traditional Thai food. The staff was super friendly and keep your coffee/water filled!
There wasn't too much I didn't like at the resort. I would've liked a more spacious room, but it was traveling solo so it was clean and worked out just fine. It's a little on more expensive that some of the hotels, but you get what you pay for and the location on the beach makes up for it.

Great resort located as close to beautiful Kamala beach as you can get! Rooms were comfortable and pretty, staff helpful and polite and all facilities were spotlessly clean. The area is nice and quiet with lots of colourful local run bars and a very handy 7/11 right across the road.

Stayed in a cottage, which was old and tired looking!!
The aircon was either zero or full blast so quiet and hot or cold and very noisy.
The bathroom was a wet room, shower sprayed over the toilet and whole room!
Bed was so uncomfortable, had to ask for multiple additional mattress toppers.
The cottage was advertised as private and secluded, but it is 1 cottage split into 2 half's with an internal door between the two, so you can hear everything from next door!
So disappointing as it looks as though it luck of the draw if you get a nice room or not (there were some cottages much nicer)
Pool had quite a few broken tiles, again adding to the tired and worn out feel.
Breakfast was okay, lots to choose from but freshness/ way it was cooked could be better.
At the very quiet end of Kamala Beach.

The staff was really great and helpful, The atmosphere was unique at the hotel. The pool was great and the rooms were spotless and tidy. The receptionists were accommodating and helped us to find great trips to go on. The breakfast was excellent and delicious 😋

Location is good, Room is big.Bed is large and comfortable. Didn’t have any food from hotel as everything outside is close by.
There are not enough lounge chairs around the pool. The pool needs more attention with cleaning as was going cloudy. The ladies that do the daily room service are extremely slow, so slow with each room. I think this is done so they clean less rooms each day.

1. This is not beachfront. This is road-and-car-park-front. To get to the beachfront you need to cross the road, the carpark, some market, then cross the bridge and then you get to the beachfront.
2. This is not 5*. Half-broken facilities in the common areas, toilet paper instead of towels in the common-area bathroom, no elevator or accessibility, dirty bed-linens, strangely smelling shower gel, and so on and so forth. welcome to the 2*-3* experience.

Check in war bereits um 10 Uhr früh nach Anfrage möglich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, es gibt einen Supermarkt vor der Türe sowie eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Der Strand ist auch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, für wenig Geld kriegt man dort liegen und drinks - das team dort war überaus freundlich und man hat sich um die Gäste gekümmert und es herrschte stets Ordnung.
Wir hatten einen bungalow. Nachts waren die exotischen Tiere sehr laut und nervtötend.
Man hörte es auch im Schlafzimmer, doch nach ein paar Tagen haben wir uns daran gewohnt.
Jedoch kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür.
Es gibt abends keine Hotelbar, nach 20 Uhr kann man im nahegelegenen Zentrum noch drinks bekommen.

It was close to the beach as I wanted. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.
The room was smelly, very humid and everything had a bad smell. Also, it was so hot that it wasn’t possible to sleep without the AC but it was making such a terrible noise the whole time. I don’t think overall I got the right value for my money. Also, the beach and the sea is not nice at all.

Such a tranquil haven amidst crazy Kamala and Patong. Perfect location to explore the whole island from. Has a beautiful, serene vibe that instantly makes you feel relaxed. We just loved it. Highly recommend for families. We have two boys with us 15 and 16. They both loved it too. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Super friendly and service committed staff made the stay great. Felt at any time welcomed and serviced with a smile. Ambiente of the place let us relax immediately. Great location close to the beach and far enough but not too far from the more lively roads in Kamala.
