Hotel interessante com excelente spa!

Bom pequeno almoço. Excelente spa, com várias piscinas de diferentes tamanhos e experiências sensoriais muito interessantes. Não é um spa para quem pretende relaxar uma vez que tem muitas pessoas mas é bom como divertimento em piscinas interiores. Espaço exterior grande, com várias piscinas e bem cuidado (contudo não usufruímos desse espaço por termos ido no Inverno).

Falta de insonorizarão das janelas parece-me o ponto mais negativo a apontar sobre este hotel. O nosso quarto ficava virado para uma estrada com circulação de carros significativa mesmo durante a noite. Como as janelas não protegiam do ruído, não foi uma noite de descanso.

Quarto moderno e espaçoso na ala nova, Spa Fantástico e surpreendente sem demasiadas pessoas, Funcionários muito disponíveis, Ginásio bom e moderno e instrutor David disponível e preocupado

Jacuzzi no quarto não funcionou mesmo depois de pedir intervenção, Pequeno almoço muito fraco e pouca variedade (contrariamente à maioria dos comentários), a maior variedade era nos bolos caseiros (demasiado) e no essencial achei fraco (variedade de pão, fruta natural, queijo, legumes), Recados também não funcionam bem, A primeira vez que no meu aniversário não tive qualquer tipo de mimo do hotel.

O pequeno almoço era suficientemente variado mas não aprecio o facto de ter de marcar hora para poder toma-lo. As piscinas exteriores são muito aprazíveis e os empregados em geral muito disponíveis e simpáticos. O restaurante distingue-se na qualidade dos produtos e em confeção.

Não há nada que me tenha merecido desagrado, apenas pequenas situações que provavelmente podem ser melhoradas... O espaço da piscina interior estava excessivamente quente. Apesar do resort ter animação, restringe-se muito à aula de Zumba e musica. Podia haver outra envolvência dos hospedes em jogos, concursos, atividades em regra disponíveis neste tipo de oferta. A Discoteca encerra à meia noite e não há locais com serviço disponível depois disso. Entre as 20h - Hora em que encerra o bar da piscina e as 21h não há nenhum local para tomar uma bebida antes de jantar. Apesar das reservas para jantar, acontecia com frequência termos de esperar por mesa no restaurante. Também achei o ambiente algo barulhento. Também não apreciei o facto do quarto não possuir um espelho na cada de banho...tinha apenas as laterais espelhadas e não é funcional.

Desilusão…..

Os quartos são bons e espaçosos e os funcionários muito simpáticos.

O salão de jogos estar fechado , o ginásio estar fechado. A piscina estar sempre cheia …. e não havendo nada para fazer nas zonas limítrofes foram dias um pouco monótonos …. Não gostei de num hotel de quatro estrelas as mesas do pequeno almoço não estarem postas e ter de ir buscar comida de tabuleiro … De ter marcado mesa para as 21:30 e só me ter sentado na mesa às 22:30…. e terem se esquecido de um prato …. Não valeu o preço pago . O novo spa que julgava já aberto será inaugurado hoje , infelizmente nem tiveram o bonito gesto de perguntar se não queríamos usufruir pelo menos umas horas …. Vinha com muito boas referências mas infelizmente saio com muito pouca vontade de voltar

Adoramos tudo , desde a recepção, funcionários, limpeza nos quartos e todas as áreas envolventes muito limpas. Animação na piscina exterior à animação à noite 5*. O restaurante recomendo a 100% , comida excelente. Pequeno almoço vasto e de muito boa qualidade .

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, excellent location. Our third stay travelling to the Algarve.

It was a great stay but not great value for money.

We think the animation is great. The staff is incredible and friendly, our kids have things to do all day, until midnight! The discotec at 9 pm is a great idea. We loved our room and the new pool.

Feels old fashioned in terms of habits. No towels for the outdoor pools (not in the standard of a good 4*). Bar food is all junk food except from a salad. Needs modernization, add a buffet of salads and healthy food, improve the lunch options. At dinner, we think the restaurant is too expensive for the food. Its a noisy restaurant and definitely not worth the money. We averaged 85 euros per meal which is insane. We couldnt charge the room so had to carry a credit card just for dinner (makes no sense) Only one card for the room, if one person goes to the indoor pool or out for a run the rest of the family is stuck. Should have a half board option

Diverse breakfast. Nice restaurant (though over rated/priced for the experience). Several swimming pools, including one for kids (family friendly). Spacious bedrooms

There's a few points I found that can take customer experience a notch further: 1. Reserve the front door parking spaces for checking-in/out, easier/cleaner front entrance view and access. 2. Have a couple lugage carts available - this makes it much easier to carry check-in/out lugage in 1 go. 3. Underground parking was full, and w/ double parking: for security reasons, the hotel needs to ensure only the assigned parking spaces are used. Once the park is full, close the barriers. Alternatively, redirect customers to the outdoor (solar panel) covered parking in the back or street. 4. When making room repairs, ensure it is left ready for guest use. For example, the TV had to be replaced, though the new one was not tunned (e.g. channels, language, etc). 5. Room air conditioning too noisy and temperature setting does not work properly - either its freazing or too hot (all or nothing kind of operation) Side note: be aware that guest number vs. space (limitation) will drive the hotel to book you specific times for meals - stear away if you don't want to cope with that on your vacation time.

Is a Resort Hotel not a Spa Hotel

Size of room. very clean. Nice touch with the swans and hearts on the bed for our honeymoon. Bed was good. Breakfast was a good buffet.

Seven thirty breakfast, or 10:30 breakfast as no other times available. Pre book your time before arriving. Hairdryer in the room is useless and not many of the staff speak English. Bear in mind this is not a Spa Hotel, it’s a Resort Hotel catering to families and is not four stars in the traditional sense.

Pool was imaginative, lots of sun beds and shady sitting areas Good breakfast

Staff not friendly at reception . Very few facilities at hotel open- some pool toilets shut- no cafe/snacks, restaurant expensive and old fashioned. Sink in room too small. Bathroom modern but poor state of decoration. Disco music around pool annoying. Cramped staircases and corridors , also limited toilet facilities inside general areas.
