Outstanding service location and facilities!!!

Everything about it was perfect. Idyllic private setting yet in the heart of Mykonos town, everything was just a short walk away & we loved our room. Jeanette was amazing - very welcoming & helpful, as were the rest of the team including George. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing we didn't like. It was perfect!

Amazing location, best staff!

This place is amazing! We received the best welcome and service, George really made our stay and experience awesome. The hotel is right in town but not noisy. The pool is great, and the hotel looks very nice. Our room had everything we needed, very comfortable, balcony, kitchenette, etc. I highly recommend this and would very much stay here again!

better than expected! great location in Old Town. near main bus station.

pool area very nice. great location. mini apartment was great. great welcome with advice and tips on Mykonos from George. Ginette always available to answer questions. room was ready a bit earlier so were able to accommodate us

shower with no door so water spilled on the floor even with being careful

We loved the location, the pool area, the room was very spacious and George was very helpful when we needed a transfer or any advice.

fantastic I’d highly recommend it! it’s better than what it shows in pictures

the best was the location!!!!! centrally located with a wonderful breakfast spot steps from the hotel with a market just in front! the place was beautiful and the staff were funny and very accommodating

I would have loved coffee in our room all else was great!

The locations was great just a few minutes walk to the city center and to a major bus strop The staff were fantastic, they gave us a very good introduction to the island, where to go, and how to get around, and gave us a map, plus they helped us to book a taxi The pool looked good but we didn't have time to use it

The room did have 5 beds and was able to accomodate the 5 of us, but i wouldnt call it luxurious. More like a place for just sleeping as it was too small for 5 people

Great fun

It was great value for money. There was always a bed available by the pool and we spent much of our time in the town so it was an ideal location. Its less than a 5 minute walk from the main bus station as well

The shower didnt have a door so after 3 people showering the bathroom was soaked although there was a drain in the main part of the bathroom. It was manageable though

It was a great stay

It was a good location, close to bus station and children park. There were lots of nice restaurants with property had a nice swimming pool to enjoy outdoor swim.

Room bathroom was small and some of the basic kitchen facilitie were not available such as coffee machine, no water bottle arrangement per day, no hair dryer and good quality soap or shampoo. According to room size and facility, price was bit high, but mykonos is very famous town, so each hotel against the facility are bit pricy.

Exactly what was needed for our stay

Met our expectations and was good value for our money. Staff were all friendly and was in a very accessible location which was helpful

Not a big issue because we didn't cook to much but maybe a slightly better equipped kitchen.

Great location, Fantastic Staff … bad bed!

Location was fantastic! Right in the heart of the action of Mykonos Town. About a 5 minute walk to the bus station and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We loved having a kitchen and fridge. A small market for groceries was very nearby to buy water and coffee for the room. Housekeeping was very thorough and kept everything very nice and tidy. Bathroom had a great shower and had been newly renovated. Great water pressure. Pool was clean and refreshing on the hot Greek days. Staff was so friendly and arranged trips and shuttles to and from the airport… just fantastic!

Two things about this property. Other older reviews had warned about the beds, but I dismissed that when I booked the Hotel. I should not have. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable, it was more like a box spring without a mattress. The second thing was the safety, my Wife used the aluminum ladder to exit the pool and the ladder broke and injured my partner. She is a very light person and this should have never been an issue. The Staff should inspect heavy use items to ensure guests are not injured. Upon notification, Staff was very apologetic and offered assistance. My Wife’s injuries affected our entire vacation since she had trouble walking.
