Hotel centre ville parfait pour visiter. La qualité de l'hôtel à la hauteur des Bestwestern.

Chercher le stationnement ! L'hôtel m'avait transmis une adresse sans plus. Sur place il n'y avait aucune indication de numéro. J'ai due me rendre à l'hôtel pour qu'il me donne un petit plan avec la procédure. transmettre ce plan avec le numéro de la porte, aurait été plus claire. Merci.

Schönes Hotel am Rand der Altstadt. Auch für Velo-Reisende geeignet

Ich war mit meinem E-Bike unterwegs. Schönes Hotel am Rand der Altstadt. Abschliessbarer, nicht gedeckter, Hotel eigener Parkplatz in der Nähe (ca.80 m vom Hotel) für das Velo vorhanden . Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Komme gerne wieder.

Nous avons beaucoup aime cet hotel de très bonnes 3 etoiles !!

L'hotel est bien situe géographiquement. On était bien accueils. Tout a été bien réfléchi pour un bon fonctionnement et pour le confort de leurs clients. Il n'y avait pas ni excès ni manque. Nous avons bien aimé cet établissement.

Il était un peu difficile à se garer devant l'hôtel en voiture rien que deposer les valises. Il y a un parking dans la rue, mais c'est souvent plein et nous avons vu la police passait pour contrôler les voitures mal garées.

Die Lage war sehr gut, der Parkplatz ebenso. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer unter dem Dach war sehr klein, aber sauber. Ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre hier nur schwerlich vorstellbar gewesen.

The hotel does not meet my expectations for Best Western. The only good thing is that it is close to the square and the staff is friendly.

The room was not particularly clean, it smelled of dampness and mold on the 3rd floor. The windows don't open because they hit the cornice. The bathroom is small, the floors and walls are old. They have tried to renovate an old building. Definitely not worth the price for the quality...

Séjour excellent avec un personnel prévenant, dans un endroit calme.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour grâce à l'accueil très chaleureux du personnel. J'ai apprécié le confort de la chambre, notamment de la literie. Excellent petit déjeuner. La chambre était très bien insonorisée, moderne, agréable et spacieuse. Je suis enchantée.

Tolle Lage, gut geeignet für Kurztrip oder Zwischenübernachtung

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt und nur wenige Fahrminuten von der Autobahn entfernt. Super für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Wir haben den Hotel-Parkplatz genutzt, 10 € pro Nacht für einen sicheren Stellplatz fanden wir OK. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt die schöne Altstadt mit gemütlichen Gassen und Lokalen. Direkt um die Ecke finden sich mehrere Imbisse und ein Irish Pub. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, gutes Bad. Wasser und Kaffeepad-Automat auf dem Zimmer gratis. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Auswahl der Hotelbar gut. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt.

Wie gesagt war das Zimmer etwas klein, aber für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung.

Very poor

They assigned me a very small room, accessed from the staircase. It was not the ones I selected at the booking.com web site. This room is even not listed there. I also have to add that booking should have an option to cancel the booking if you are there and the room is not what you expected. The current policy is not fair at all: you pay and you have to stay.

Fine for an overnight stay but too cramped for any longer.

Excellent central location and convenient secure car park (essential as on-street parking is virtually impossible). Friendly polite staff. Good coffee-maker provided in the room.

The 'superior queen room' was only just big enough for two people to move around the bed.

It was all fine. Just a little issue at the breakfast. At some point no breads were there. Will be nice if that can be taken care of. Otherwise everything was good.

Hotel lovely, however stay ruined by one clueless staff member.

The actual hotel was fine, the room, the hotel all fine.

I booked the room because it advertised parking as I needed somewhere to keep my car overnight during my stay... I arrive at the hotel and told i need to pre-book as the car park is now full... not ideal and wasn't aware of that. The lady on reception says that I can leave my car outside in the street parking bays, no problem, as the charge is from 9am to 7pm - so as long as I had moved it by 9am there would be no charge, which was fine as I planned to check out at 8.30am. I checked out at 8.30am to find my car had gone, it had been towed away... the (different) member of staff on the front desk that morning informed me that I cannot park there, completely different information I had the night before from the previous member of staff! In short, my entire day I had planned in the area was ruined, I missed my appointments I had in town that day, it cost me almost 300EURO in release fee and taxis to get my car back, all based on false information provided by the front desk of the hotel. Make sure your staff are aware of the local area and give correct information, absolutely ruined my trip!

Won't stay again in a Best Western, feel we should have a refund of the room rate.

Not much, Ibis much better and room about the same size.

Bathroom smelt of chimney smoke, floor dirty. No liquid soap in shower dispenser. Also booked because had A/C but it did not work and blew stale smelly air in the room all night so had to open window so therefore noisy. Told at reception the next morning that the A/C was not on because it had not been cleaned. Also no alcohol bar.

Pleasant, comfortable and efficient

This beautiful, comfortable hotel is located in the heart of Mulhouse, making it easily accessible to restaurants, public transport and shops. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. The hotel is spotless and the breakfast plentiful.

Weight difference

We arrived early and the reception was sat playing on her phone they were clearly no one else around but she wouldn't let us book in she begrudgingly gave us the code to the car park.we had booked free parking which is advertised where available. The car park was completely empty but she charged us 10euro also why I was to know is how she can tell the weight of a dog because and dog under the weight of 10kg can stay for free but over is 12euro so again we paid so what was supposed to be a cheap option for us to travel back to uk turnout we could have booked somewhere a lot nicer.

Exceplent overnight stop and great value for money. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. the old town

Excellent receptionist (Marie) was so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. There is secure parking round the corner from the hotel if reserved in advance (€10) and the old town square with pretty buildings and plenty of shops and restaurants is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The buffer breakfast which was included in the price, was very good with both hot and cold options.
