Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück für eine kurze Geschäftsreise geeignet.

Die Lage ist unweit des Zentrums und fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist angespannt. Ich hatte jedoch das Glück einen Parkplatz (separate Gebühr) zu erhalten. Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Das Waschbecken und die Toilette war für mich zu niedrig installiert. (Körpergröße 178 cm). Die Dusche war in der Badewanne und das finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auf jeden Fall empfehle ich dem Haus eine Rutschmatte in die Badewanne zu verlegen. Die Schaltungen der Beleuchtungselemente und der Klimaanlage sind sehr elegant, wenn den diese funktionieren. In 3 Tagen hat das Haus geschafft, die die Klimaanlage in Betrieb zu bekommen, jedoch nicht die Badbeleuchtung. D.h., das Licht im Bad leuchtet die ganze Nacht, wenn man nicht die Aktivierungskarte herausnimmt. Aber dann laden auch die elektronischen Geräte nicht. 🤷‍♂️

Toilettensitz zu niedrig. Waschtisch zu niedrig. Klimaanlage hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Beleuchtung Bad defekt.

Angenehmes Hotel für ein paar Tage.

Saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal

Wasserkocher und Minikühlschrank wäre schön gewesen. Zudem hat der Fön und einige Steckdosen nicht funktioniert.

Es kommt auf das Zimmer an...

Innenstadtlage gut; Frühstücksraum und -büfett gut; Personal freundlich

Einzelzimmer Nr. 232: Fenster zum Innenhof; große, laute Lüftungsanlage direkt vor den Fenstern; alte, verzogene Holzfenster mit keinerlei Schallschutz; die Lüftungsanlage läuft die Nacht durch, so dass man Ohropax benötigt; zusätzlich war die Duscharmatur defekt, so dass nur heißes Wasser heraus kam. Die Übernachtung war keine Erholung. So ein Zimmer gehört bei dem Preis nicht angeboten!

Tolles Hotel mit ignoranten Mitarbeitern in Punkto Rechnungsstellung

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr leckerem Frühstück. Ideal für eine Nacht.

Trotz Telefonat und mehrmaligem E-Mail-Verkehr war es NICHT möglich, dass meine Gäste, für die ich den Aufenthalt bezahlt habe unbehelligt von Zusatzkosten (Kokret: den Parkgebühren) bleiben. Mehrfach habe ich darum gebeten, MIR diese in Rechnung zu stellen. Hat nicht geklappt. Und dass wir eine ordentliche und korrekte Rechnung bekommen, hat auch nicht geklappt. Alle Daten dazu wurden bei Bokking hinterlegt. Zudem wurde beim Check-in eine Visitenkarte mit allen Daten übereicht. Sehr ignorant und unprofessionell!

Staff were friendly and very attentive. We had a problem with air conditioning in our room and they gave us the chance to change rooms. Breakfast was incredible, great choice with great food. Reception h24 really helpful.

Not all the rooms have AC, I would recommend explicitly writing it on the website.

Everything was just right, including the parking.

Having the key card in the device to enable use of the lights, tv, etc. was inconvenient, making it hard to see the way to the bathroom at night. It would have been nice to be able to use our night light that we travel with.

Very enjoyable.

Nice staff, ok room, very nice breakfast buffet. Location is good, with parking just outside. All staff was very nice.

The staff should be more customer oriented.

The location is perfect. It is right in the city center with the garden nearby.

1) I forgot to put the sign "Do not disturb" when left the hotel for work and I did not want the staff to enter the room to clean it. So I called the reception and specifically asked to put the note that cleaning is not required since I did not want anyone to come into the room. However I had found out that staff still went to the room and cleaned it. It was disappointing that they ignored my request. 2) The receptionist promised to send me corrected invoice by email after check-out. Four days have passed and I still have not received it.

It was a very pleasant stay for me. Excellent Breakfast, welcome wine and comfy rooms. Good parking space as well

Clean, helpful staff, relatively modern room

I could hear the elevator the whole night moving up and down. If you are sensitive to noise make sure to stay far away from the elevator Staff was kind to move me to another room

Smelly Lobby/Reception area due to open cooking in evening. Ironing facility not available in room. Amendment in booking not allowed which was required due to business meeting.

disappointing

The location and the rooms were a nice size.

I expected better facilities for a 4 star hotel, it was dated, there was no restaurant, no bar, I was only given one thin duvet for my twin bedroom, the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Recommended for a short stay in this city, but ask for air condition when booking

Exceptional good breakfast in a very spacious room downstairs. Good quality throughout. Good size bathroom with a tub and a very service minded staff. And obviously the location in the middle of the city within walking distance to everything ^^

My room was kind of dark and stuffy - having no air condition, I had to keep my window fully open ... and it was not exactly silent outside in the evening.

Great deal

The hotel is very clean, the staff really friendly, they all speak German and English. The building is very well kept and the rooms are basic but nice and confortable. Breakfast is really good and they have tea and coffee in the lobby at all times.

Check in is at 3 pm so I had to change in the client bathroom for a meeting, but they guarded my luggage in reception.
