Located on the edge of the national forest of Olonne, at the foot of cycle paths and pedestrian paths, a few steps from the Ocean, this 92 m² house will welcome you, in a residence of 24 pavilions, with a swimming pool. The long Sauveterre beach is only 1 km through the forest. Free shuttle to the beach 100 m from the residence in July / August. Over 100 km of cycle paths from the residence; forget your car and take the tracks and hiking trails safely for walks between forest, dunes and beaches ... on foot, by bike, or even on horseback (equestrian club at 500 m). 8 minutes by car from the center of Les Sables d'Olonne, you will find all the riches that make this seaside resort famous. This house includes: Ground floor: - Entrance, large cellar - Fitted and equipped American kitchen - Living room 40 m² facing south - 1 WC Floor: - 1 bedroom with shower room - 2 bedrooms - 1 large bathroom - 1 WC Private garden Linen (sheets and towels) and optional cleaning

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison agréable, très bien située : balade en vélo, plage à proximité.
La maison située dans une résidence privée est très calme et l'accueil par les propriétaire à été très simple et chaleureux. Nous recommandons sérieusement cette location.

Great little family getaway
Located right at the end of the pleasant road that leads directly to Plage Sauveterre, this cute duplex house offers a lot for a family: A friendly community, a large communal field with a beautiful tree for kids to climb, a pool just steps from the front door, a fenced-in garden with grill and table, and a generous internal layout that meant there was always a place to play, sleep and shower. Annick and Alain were remarkably kind, even offering up some food from their own storage when we arrived after a very long road trip. They've equipped their house with better-than-rental supplies, with happy colors and excellent maintenance. A bike route is literally next to the entrance, and the free bus to the beach just a minute's walk. We were very pleased with our hosts and with our stay!

Un séjour très ressourçant et très agréable
Un grand merci à Annick et Alain pour l'accueil, les petites attentions culinaires à notre arrivée, les cartes, plans, les documents d'idées à visiter.
Vraiment tout était comme sur votre annonce avec la chaleur humaine en plus, ce qui en ces temps est primordial.
La région est très reposante et variée. Entre les marais, la mer, la forêt, les plages de sables fin, nous avons pu profiter de tout.
Avec le bonus d'avoir accès à une petite piscine de la résidence juste en face de la maison très propre et très calme, nous ne pouvions rêver mieux.

Calme et sérénité
Le logement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans une petite résidence très calme, du coup grasses matinées assurées pour certains et belles randonnées matinales en forêts ou le long de la plage de sauveterre pour d'autres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le passage de la boulangère le matin qui s'en vous déranger vous livre baguette fraîche et croissants ! Merci pour ce beau séjour

Lovely house in peaceful location
We had a lovely week in the house , it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped . Perfectly located for the beach ( 5 minute cycle ride) where there is a surf school , the cycle ways, forest and the marais salants…5 minutes in the car to the Sables d’olonne for shops and restaurants . Lovely and calm , away from the crowds but still plenty to do even with teenagers !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus super wohl gefühlt. Großzügig geschnitten mit einem kleinen aber feinen Garten. Der Grill wurde von meinem Mann geliebt, der Pool von den Kindern und mir. Zusammengefasst: ein perfektes Ferienhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Küche-perfekt ausgestattet Ganz lieben Dank an die netten Vermieter.

Logement très fonctionnel et bien placé
Logement où il y y fait bon vivre, spacieux, bien équipé, idéal pour une famille pour court ou long séjour. A 500 mètres de la plage de Sauveterre, et à côté de nombreux circuits de randonnée, à 10 minutes en voiture d’un supermarché. Nos hôtes sont charmants aux petits soins, des gourmandises de la région nous attendaient, flexibles pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Logement extrêmement propre !

Très belle location : la maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et calme. Tout est prévu à l'intérieur pour passer un bon séjour. Et merci pour l'accueil attentionné des propriétaires. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Séjour très sympa, mais trop court !
Maison très bien tenue, très bien équipée et adaptée à notre famille (couple + 3 enfants).
De +, les échanges pour réserver/avant l'arrivée etc... ont été très pros et sérieux, ce qui aide à la confiance.
Accueil du 1er jour par les propriétaires impeccable également.
Ajoutez à cela une région sympathique (nous avons été chanceux d'aller voir les bateaux du Vendée Globe), les restos, les plages et la mer et vous avez les ingrédients pour un séjour très sympathique, même si dans notre cas nous ne sommes restés que quelques jours... trop court !

Tolle Lage und ruhig.
Wir waren als Familie dort, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage ist ruhig, der Pool klasse und man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem kostenlosen Bus an den wunderschönen Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zurück haltend. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Lovely house, very friendly hosts and beautiful area to stay in. Could not ask for more. House is very well equipped and has access to a very nice pool. Perfect for a family stay.

Einfach nur perfekt
Das Ferienhaus war in Grunde der Höhepunkt unserer "Tour de France".
Es liegt sehr ruhig und hat uns alles geboten was wir (4 Personen...inkl. 2 Kids) brauchten. Es hat unsere Erwartungen eigentlich sogar übertroffen.
Es ist alles da was man braucht. WLAN hat die Kids erfreut. Pool wurde kaum genutzt. Man war oft ganz alleine. Bäcker Service jeden Morgen direkt vor der Haustür. Genug Platz im Haus und auch im großen Garten.
Strand fußläufig (15 Minuten) oder per kostenlosen Shuttle Bus zu erreichen.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns total willkommen gefühlt.
Wir kommen wieder....dann 2 Wochen :-)

les propriétaires Alain et Annick sont adorables, l'accueil est chaleureux franchement nous avons passés 2 semaines d'enfer. Dès que j'aurais l'occasion j’espère y revenir, la piscine à 5 mètres en sortant de la maison,la mer à 1.5km. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre gentillesse

Perfect property in a superb location!
This home has everything you could wish for - bright living space and comfortable bedrooms with a pool a few metres away and the beach easily walkable. Alain and annick are fantastic hosts and went out of their way to be helpful. thanks you for a wonderful holiday!

Peaceful
A lovely, comfortable house in a peaceful residential estate. There's everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All very clean. The pool can be seen from the property and it is not very busy, so you're likely to get it to yourselves.

Heel fijn vakantiehuis op een mooie locatie; Très belle maison dans un location magnifique.
Dit huisje is een aanrader! Ruim opgezet, vlakbij het zwembadje en van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarbij zijn de eigenaren bijzonder vriendelijk en flexibel met bijvoorbeeld aankomst- en vertrektijden.
Ce chalet est un must! Spacieux, près de la piscine et entièrement équipé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et flexibles avec, par exemple, les heures d'arrivée et de départ.
