سكنت ليلة واحدة في طريق عودتي من خارج فيينا استعداد للسفر. من أجمل الفنادق التي سكنتها خلال الثلاثة عقود الأخيرة. فندق كلاسيكي رائع يشعرك بحياة الطبقة الراقية في القرن التاسع عشر. الأثاث، السجادة الرائعة في قلب الغرفة، الغرفة الواسعة، التطريز الذهبي للمقابض في دورة المياه. ومفتاح الغرفة يتدلى من ميدالية عريضة تثير فيك نوستالجيا لما مضى، كل شيء رائع. وفوق ذلك كله موقعه الاستثنائي فهو يقع في قلب فيينا وفي أشهر شارع للسياح. وفي حمام الغرفة خاصية إضافية تصلح للمسلمين وهي وجود :"البدييه"(الشطاف).

Местоположението е перфектно - точно в центъра! Хотелът е в много красива сграда, стаята беше просторна и надмина очакванията ни! Персоналът беше много любезен и винаги на разположение !

Единствено мога да посоча като минус липсата на кафе машина в стаята.

Airoport price is very expencive

we didn't have breakfast .Everything in the city center. Bathrobes in the rooms with a good smell. I asked the receptions to pamper us for our birthday' there was nice chocolate' the room had balcony. Highly recommend

the size of the rooms. Service availability room service Everything is clean . Very close to everywhere.

Very enjoyable, great weather, food and architecture.

Room was large with nice lounge area separate to bedroom. Location fantastic and very central for most key visits. Daniel one of the barmen was the only real member of staff that took an interest in not only us but his approach to service which was excellent.

The lobby desk sadly seemed a little vacant and did the bare minimum. Please note there was no conceirge service and we were invited to walk to the tourist information down the road.

Very centrally located and walking distance to most touristic sites + retail therapy location..

The room we had was exceptionally quite for such a centrally located hotel. Few minutes from the Opera Hall. The bar on first floor was an oasis after a full day of touring.

Room cleaning is terribly unacceptable. Or I should say floor was not cleaned at all during our 3 nights stay. Used cups were not cleaned as well.

Great hotel and great location

The room was quiet and roomy. The location was fantastic, very close to Stephansplatz and metro stops. (It is in a great area, easily walkable to many attractions.) The staff was great. When asked for additional pillows, they were delivered very quickly. The front desk offered great recommendations on restaurants.

Location is perfect and was the main reason to pick the hotel and it did not disappoint as its AS CENTRAL AS IT CAN GET.

Its an old vintage hotel which gives you royal feels so not sure if its for everyone. No concierge services so you're on your own if you're travelling for the first time.

Fabulous place to stay and perfectly positioned for sightseeing.

We were upgraded to a Club Business room and it was superb! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Including helping is to improve our scant German phrases. The whole city was spotless and everyone we met were very polite and happy to assist.

We were reminded that Vienna is a city and the ringing of church bells from 7:00 is unavoidable and every hour thereafter until being engrossed with the pleasures of the city. It is also worth mentioning that maintaining a spotless city also requires the bins are emptied and the streets are cleaned in the early morning too. None of which detracted from our stay at Hotel Ambassador.

The classic double room I booked for my parents was connected with another room. That was not stated in the info and the staff did not provide explanations. can find other spots in Vienna if you dont want to find an open door connected to a room.

Location great and staff friendly.

It would have been nice to have coffee facilities in the room for the price you are paying, even budget hotels provide coffee and biscuits in the room in my experience. Room decor was also somewhat dated.
