Hangulatos szállás, közel az állatkerthez. Parkolást a hotelben lehetett intézni. Az étteremben nagyon finomak az ételek, a kávé is nagyon jó. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szoba tiszta, felszereltsége megfelelő volt. Tiszta, csendes szoba, jó áron.

A szoba tiszta, felszereltsége megfelelő volt, viszont mi a vízforralót, a szúnyoghálót és az okostv-t hiányoltuk, de csak mert kifogtunk két esős-szeles napot és a városban nagyon sok volt a darázs.

Fair hotel w/a lousy restaurant staff

The location is fair, near the park. It is clean though.

The restaurant staff by dinner time was very unpleasant and persistently rude. I recommend all guests avoid the restaurant if they can. I had one dinner and one was too much.

Super convenient, fair priced place for those who seek to stay in the vicinity of Schonbrun.

Charming type of the "old Viennese" hotels and restaurants, from both the rooms to dining area. Very friendly "home like" staff and service, also during the post visit communication via email (need for an extra details in my bill in terms of my employer terms)

a really positive stay at the end of a long drive

lovely family hotel , large comfortable room and extremely friendly and welcoming. the restaurant on the ground floor did excellent simple food that was tasty and filling. car parking in front of hotel safe and convenient.

very noisy location, whole night you hear cars on the near street, bad old windows without noise isolation old equipment of bathroom, especially faucets, they should be changed hotel is not barriers free, stairs to the elevator (not good if you have someone on wheelchair)

Good, quiet hotel with some history. Tasty dishes in restaurants, good menu, friendly and welcoming staff. Pets are welcome with no additional charges.

It is a good choice if you want to discover Vienna with public transport while your car is in safe.

Very good location if you arrive with car. Easy to find, easy to park and good connection to the public transport. Schönbrunn and the zoo are in walking distance, bus station is in front of the hotel (bus comes in every 5 minutes), tram and underground are two stations away taking you to anywhere in Vienna. Good looking 100-year-old building with a nice terrace under the trees. Common spaces within the hotel follows this mood, general cleanliness is very good. The big white dog laying under the piano is really cute.

Our room was very clean, however, it was quite worn, its style is more from the 70's ruining the first impression. Although breakfast is in buffet style, do not expect wide variety; only basic selection is served. At the reception English is not a problem at all, in the restaurant we had some difficulties. All information can be found in English but not the menu!

We got a completely different room from the one we booked. The hotel is located near the tombs and overlooks the tombs. I would not recommend booking in it at all.

Ok place to make a sightseeing and leave.

Location near the castle is good.

View from the windows on the cemetery, water taps were almost impossible to close. No air conditioning- it was extremely hot.

A great deal for a weekend getaway

The room was nice and tidy, with high ceilings and a lot of space to move around. The view was decent, our room faced the terrace and cemetery. The breakfast was excellent, as expected, the only regret we had was not having eaten at the hotel every day. The hotel was just across the bus station, which provided a link to the metro station (about 2 stops away). Staff was very helpful.

I guess the only downside was the parking, having a limited number of parking spots in front of the hotel, however, we managed to find a few spots further up the road, following staff advice.

Great location for a vacation :)

Great location, with great transportation to the city center. Nice hot and cozy rooms, good beds with great mattresses. I was able to find free parking spaces right outside of the hotel. No need to look for paid parking areas.

Understaffed (possibly due to Covid19), had to wait a while for a coffee :) The location is right outside of the cemetery - which is not that bad if there was a notification for that beforehand :)
