Colazione eccellente. Granite eccezionali e torte preparate ogni giorno. Frutta tagliata al momento e prodotti di qualità
La dimensione del bagno, davvero piccolo.

Camera e giardino e posizione vicino a spiagge famose
La qualità della cena ed il pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Very charming and quiet hotel
Comfortable rooms
Nice outdoor and swimming pool area
Only 10 minutes from the centre of Marzamemi
Good breakfast and food options at the pool
My only regret is that I asked for a (very) late checkout (to keep the room until 4-5pm) and the only possible option was to pay for a full night whereas I would have been happy to pay an extra and spend the day at the pool, have lunch there etc... Which I feel would have been a win for everyone. But I also have to say they agreed to let me check out one hour later, for free, which was still appreciated

The villa is spectacular and the staff are very friendly.

Beautiful Hotel with great facilities and a great staff - loved the structure which is beautiful, loved the pool and the spacious and clean rooms - staff is very kind and always there to help. Structure has parking which is also very good. Overall we loved our stay. The hotel can also help you to book a nearby beach facility (Agua Beach) for a discounted price which was very useful to skip the lines at the facility when going to the beach - great bonus service!
The Wi-fi provided by the structure is not working in certain areas of the hotel/facility; For example it was not working in our room which was a problem as we use it to plan our activities around the hotel/location when we travel to new places and we had to use our own data which is not ideal - I would suggest to the management of the hotel to fix this because in 2023 a 4 start hotel needs a top quality wi-fi service across all areas. The breakfast was very good but also very sweets-focused with limited savoury choices - as not everyone eats cake in the morning - I would suggest balancing 50-50 between sweets and savoury. The above are minor points as the rest of the experience was great.

Location far from city center but very calm.
Wonderful place including very nice swimming pool and restaurant.
Nice surroundings and deco is great.
Staff always available to help (and when nobody at the bar at the swimming pool :-) , always possible to call them and they were there in a few minutes).

The staff were incredibly friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was just superb, with freshly baked cakes, fresh fruit and a selection of bread and brioche and home made jams. The hotel just oozes atmosphere because it used to be a wine estate. Signs of this era are visible everywhere. We stayed just one night and booked a basic room, but it was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
We just wish we could have used the pool, which looked inviting.

Villa Guilia is perfect. This is the place for mature sophisticated travelers who love true luxury - a classy experience without the sophistry of faux luxury - of a beautiful environment, attentive but not cloying service, and spectacular food and wine (their own). Easy to explore baroque city of Noto delights from there and 7 minutes from San Lorenzo beach with white sand and water so clear one can watch fish swimming past. Quaint fishing village Marzamemi is also just around the corner. Be warned, you may never want to leave Villa Guilia...
That I could not stay longer.

Beautiful property with a lovely garden and interesting grounds, which are worth a visit in themselves. Service was excellent and great breakfast.
Beds slightly on the high side for my elderly parents but the mattresses were very comfortable.

The Hotel Villa Guilia was probably one of the most interesting hotels that we stayed in during our visit to Sicily. It is an impressive hacienda style building with small casitas located around the lovely grounds. Very nice and helpful staff. The outside dining and breakfast patio, looks out onto the swimming pool area. There is a large indoor dining room lined with old wine barrels, providing a rustic, but charming dining environment. The dinner was excellent, a true garden to table experience, with many wonderful vegetable dishes. The breakfast was probably the most impressive that we had enjoyed in Sicily, with lots of homemade pastries and pies. We would stay here again.

Fantastic atmosphere and lovely staff
Not enough staff but could be because of the late tourist season

The place is simply amazing. Rooms are huge, comfortable and soundproof, the swimming pool is easily accessible and they provide everything you need to stay there, relax and have fun. The food is also amazing.

Wonderful site, a real gem and within 5 minutes by car, you’re at the beach.
Dinner, compared to other restaurants, was very good but a bit expensive

The villa Giullia is beautiful and very well kept. This is an excellent place for relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which is very big , great for swiming. The staff and the food at the villa are excellent.
The area is not great, not the most beautiful part of sicilly. There is a lot of garbage dumped on the side of the roads. Also people drive dangerously which is a bit concerning when you have kids in the car.

great country hotel with a traditional breakfast
room a little basic
7.0
Our room was really beautiful. We also liked the entrance to the hotel which is really pretty.
a lack of aesthetic homogeneity. The entrance is sublime and the rest of the hotel is more rustic (restaurant for example). Some parts lack maintenance (gym part)
Breakfast could be also better and have better products (eggs, quality of the bread, ham and cheese, ..)

The owner really take care of her customers.
The food is fresh and from the garden.
The place is enchanting, we loved it!
I loved the cats that live and chill there all day so picturesque.
That I cannot live there full time!

We loved everything. This is a remarkable place with beautiful surroundings and delicious food.

Villa Giulia is amazing and we definitely plan to come back on the warmer season to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was an extravaganza of homemade cakes. Staff is very kind and you can also enjoy diner at Villa Giulia.

Villa Giulia, an estate that still produces and serves its own wines and olive oil, retains an air of traditional old world elegance that makes you feel like nobility. It is set among lovely serene gardens, with terraces for enjoying breakfast and dinner, both of which are bounteous and of very good quality. There is a very large, well maintained swimming pool. The front desk staff is always available and helpful, and all speak English when needed. The location is a perfect base for visiting southeastern Sicily— Marzamemi, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, etc.
The bathroom and shower were a bit small, but adequate and clean.

perfect place for a weekend trip to relax, with swimming pool and great eco-cuisine
the only thing I didn't like was lack of windows in the room, but it is related with the type of building it is located in

The place is beautiful, the garden and the big pool are both great.
Breakfast is of very good quality with lots of choices and home made cakes, granitas and other local products.
Location is very convenient close to Marzamemi, Noto and beautiful beaches.
Our room definitely need some renovation work especially the toilet, we had no shower but an old plastic bath tub in which you could not stand to take a shower because of the low ceiling and each time you used it the entire bathroom becomes a swimming pool.
Staff was not very nice.
Having To leave the keys at the reception each time we left the property was quite annoying.
No coffee/tea/complimentary water in the room.
To me not a 4 stars hotel.

A beautiful and impressive property full of history. Lovely grounds and an amazing pool. Staff were great throughout. Location perfect for visiting Marzamemi and the beached of San Lorenzo.
A shower in the bathroom was the only amenity we missed.

The pool
Very small room overlooking the parking
