La ubicación del hotel. Instalaciones preciosas y buena disponibilidad de parking, a la vuelta de la esquina. Camas cómodas y vistas a la plaza de toros de Toledo.
El aparcamiento no es accesible desde el hotel, y hay que dar la vuelta a la manzana caminando, aunque es una distancia de unos 200m.

El hotel es una maravilla , pero lo más fabuloso es su personal: amabilísimo, resuelto, supercapaz, simpático, y con detalles extras. Atendieron a todas nuestras peticiones con creces.
La habitación muy muy grande , para moverte con completa comodidad y libertad. Y el baño muy completo, con bañera y ducha. Además tenía un armario muy grande con capacidad para todo.
La limpieza extrema y cuidada.
El ambiente desde el hall hasta el útimo rincón muy agradable y con un perfume encantador.
El desayuno muy completo y muy bueno y la chica al frente supersimpática.
Hemos estado encantados de nuestra estancia y lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros conocidos.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was really sweet and helpful. Plenty of room for luggages.
On bookings It says there is parking in front of the hotel for guests, but then we were told to put the car in their garage [15eur] since the front parking was only for disabled guests. Till there ok . We observed guests parked there with no disability stickers, low sports cars and cars with bikes tied to them....hmmmm !

Ubicación excelente si vas en coche y no te importa caminar 15/20 minutos hasta el centro. Cerca del hotel hay zona naranja y azul para aparcar a muy buen precio. Habitación amplia y limpia. Personal amabilísimo.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious & clean. There was a clean bed and water bowl for our dog. Air on working perfectly. Near to the old city and in walking distance. Parking available at a cost of 15€. Would definitely recommend & would stay again.

Ubicación excelente, pero fuera del bullicio de la parte antigua. La habitación doble que ocupamos excelente, muy amplia y con una terraza espectacular que no pudimos usar mucho debido al calor exterior.
El desayuno variado, gustoso y de calidad. Merece la pena contratarlo.
El personal del hotel que conocimos muy amable y cercano.

Desayuno buffet muy poco variado, sin opciones sin gluten de ningún tipo, el café (en nuestra opinión) imbebible, de hecho hemos acabado los desayunos de ambos días, saliendo a tomar el café a la cafeteria que hay justo en frente del hotel. En nuestra opinión, tal vez, no merece la pena pagar por este servicio o en su caso, se debería mejor tanto en variedad como en calidad del producto ofrecido. Tampoco nos ha gustado que dando las ventanas de la habitación directamente a ma calle al ser una planta baja, éstas no tuviesen cristal del tipo privacidad, de manera que hemos tenido que tener las cortinas echadas todo el tiempo y por último, se escuchaba todo en la habitación, de manera que es fácil despertarse por ejemplo, por el ruido de una conversación procedente de la calle o del propio pasillo del hotel.

Todo perfecto lo único longitud de la cama 180/190 cm máximo, demasiado pequeña porque me salían los pies y Cabezal poco confortable .

Location was good 15 min walk to old town although longer for us as my partner walks with a stick so a closer hotel for us would have been easier. Room size was great very big.
There was a bar and restaurant attached to Hotel which had an enclosed terrace as it was a bit chilly we wanted to eat in there but they would not let us take our dog. We would have spent 100euro plus for dinner so it was their loss.

Excelente ubicación. Fuera del casco histórico pero a 5 minutos de la Puerta Bisagra. Buena relación calidad-precio. Buen desayuno. Hotel super limpio y con amplias habitaciones y pasillos. Disponen de párking.

Acomodacao. Cafe da manha tomei no Cafe de Paris do outro lado da rua do hotel.
O hotel deveria se programar para ter mais pessoas na recepcao quando chega ou sai excursao. Presenciei uma pobre moca sozinha tentando dar conta de uma excursao de idosos e ao mesmo tempo houve um problema na garagem, ninguem conseguia entrar ou sair e ela nao podia ajudar. Achei muito injusto. Essas excursoes sao programadas, nao ha desculpa para nao ter mais alguem atendendo.

Las camas comodas. Me cambiaron de habitacion despues de reclamar por la mala condicion de la primera.
Hay que pensar seriamente el tema de las mascotas en los hoteles. Si quieren mascotas, que el hotel sea exclusivo de mascotas. No tengo por qué convivir con el olor a perro en el hotel. Huellas de patas en el cubre cama. Y no me quieran engañar de que hacen una limpieza especial o q hay habitaciones exclusivas para pasajeros con mascotas. Esto no es asi ,por lo menos en este hotel. La habitacion ademas olia a cigarrillo. La bañera tenia pelos.

it was a very Traditional Spanish design and the double room we stayed in was small but comfortable. The location of the property was what made it worth staying at. Very local to the main sight seeing areas and within walking distance

Check-in was a bit confusing, they did not have our reservation at first but they were eventually able to find it. Parking is around the block but easy to access and reasonably priced. Breakfasts were nice, I especially loved their tortilla. It was nice staying outside old Toledo, the hotel is situated close enough for a quick walk to the city for sightseeing.
The room was very hot even with the AC running, our room faced the sun most of the day. We also found a cockroach in the room. Would've preferred a room not facing the main road and on a higher level. The beds were typical European beds (firm), we pushed together two twin beds but they kept pushing apart, and my partner almost fell in between the beds in the middle of the night. Hotel seems to be popular with people there on business. Toledo is a strange town, beautiful, but it gave me the creeps.
