Muy ruidoso

La ubicación.

Las habitaciones son extremadamente ruidosas, se oye todo lo de las habitaciones de al lado y arriba como si estuvieran en tu propio cuarto. Las paredes y puertas son una broma. Y encima en nuestro caso nos ha tocado el piso de la chavaleria fiestera y hubo ruidos de botellon, gritos, música y portazos hasta tarde.

Good except for the smell of smoke and weed in some rooms. Hotel can do better to control this.

Location and value for money. Easy to get to the slopes. Breakfast adequate. Lots of heating and hot water.

Hotel really must try and do better with smokers in the room, especially smoking weed. Idea: Require an XXX euro deposit that will bereturned once the hotel verifies no one has smoked. At check in we had to change room because of a previous smoker. In the evenings, our hall ranked of weed because of smokers in their rooms. Not cool at all.

the price was extremely expensive, you would think that for that price you would have a quiet night, but instead there was a party until 7 in the morning, and noise from the corridors all night long. Also the electricity and water stopped working during the night. its shameful

Great stop over.

Stayed here on the way back from Spain to France in the summer. Lively hotel. Good street parking. Spacious room. Great, busy bar and lounge area. Staff friendly. Bars and restaurants nearby. No real noise from outside at night despite open window as no aircon.

Bit odd as our room looked over another balcony. But then our kids were in this room so ok!

More than expected

There is no noise from outside or from the neighbors. Bfast buffet kinda limited, but good quality. Awesome tortilla de patata and staff v professional and kind

Picturesque location, close to many restaurants and bars. Good hearty breakfast, not much variety but perfect for me.

A bit dated, could do with a bit of sprucing up.

Nice staff and breakfast, very shabby hotel

The bed is comfy enough, room size is ok, the girl on reception was super nice and helpful. When we said that we need a breakfast earlier than it starts, since we go for an early hike, she wrote the time we need to leave and we could come and get "cold part" - toasts, pastry, cheese, bacon etc. The room is clean.

The hotel looks very shabby, literally paint falls from a facade. The room smells by old textile. You hear all the noise from outside and this is a place with many cafes under the window. No air conditioning, so you choose either to sleep with closed window and have nothing to breathe during hot weather or to open window and try to sleep in this noise. No hairdryer, even the key is like from 19th century. I would put higher rating because the staff is really nice and we have very basic needs but for this price I was expecting something in better condition. Either decrease the price or renovate the hotel.

Exceptional

Good breakfast. Perfect location for our evening meal at Vidocq. Lovely to have a room with a balcony and superb view

The bed was a little hard, and the pillow too small
