Fue un cuatro estrellas.

La cama era grande y cómoda.

La habitación estaba comunicada por una puerta con la habitación contigua. A las 3:30 de la mañana hemos empezado a oír ruidos y eran los vecinos de habitación (no los conocíamos) hablando y haciendo ruido porque se les caían las cosas al suelo. Después de una hora he tenido que golpear la pared para que entendieran que les estábamos escuchamos. En mi opinión, el hotel fue un 4 estrellas pero se ha quedado desfasado.

Instalaciónes nada cuidadas.

El personal del hotel muy muy amable.

Las instalaciones viejas y verdaderamente mal cuidadas. La habitación del hotel tenía el aire acondicionado roto, hacia muchisimo ruido. El jacussi estaba hecho polvo, roto en varios sitios, el tapón salía volando, el agua salia fatal...... El resto del hotel se ve bien, pero el equipamiento viejo y un poco abarrotado, con muchas cosas pero que parece que se han comprado en un rastrillo. La cama estaba hundida y nos íbamos hacia fuera... Las luces de la habitación insuficientes. El desayuno regular también, los gofres y tortitas duros como una piedra.

todo fue conforme esperaba. El servicio muy agradable, la habitación estupenda, el baño bien. Cama magnifica Hotel no solo recomendable sino que lo recomiendo.

El minibar muy sobrio, lo peor. Quizá sea el único aspecto que no me agrada del hotel. Pero no empaña el conjunto ni mucho menos. Es un hotel estupendo.

El jacuzzi estuvo bien. La habitaciones son grandes

MUY PERO QUE MUY SUCIO!!!!! Encendimos el jacuzzi por ver si iba bien, sacó una de porquería brutal, encima el suelo estaba lleno de pelos y suciedad. La habitación olía muy pero que muy mal

Buena distribución de la habitación y amplia

La habitación no estaba extremadamente limpia (tampoco sucia). El jacuzzi tenia el botón trabado y no se apagaba nunca (tuvimos que cerrarlo desde el cuadro de contadores). Debido (supongo) a una confusión, no nos hicieron la habitación

Hotel on outskirts of town with spa facilities at extra cost.

Rooms are of a good size. Decoration around hotel is fun. Check out of 12pm very handy. Could take the dog (additional coat). Large car park.

Additional cost to use the spa facilities. Rooms a bit tired.

Did not live up to expectations

There were 2 air-conditioned units so we could switch the bedroom one off and just keep the noise down at night. We only used the unit in the entrance area which was enough to keep the room at a constant temperature.

The room had no natural light and felt like a basement room, even though we were on the first floor. I felt claustrophobic and spent as little time in it as possible. It was also not very clean. The spa bath was a bit grubby (so we didn't use it) as were the wall tiles and the floor was very dusty. There was a separate shower to the spa bath with both an over and handheld heads. The overhead could not be turned off and even when turned away as best we could, it was still running. So the handheld shower head had less pressure as a result. That was also splurting everywhere. The bar and breakfast rooms also were inside the hotel, again with no natural light at all. The external train carriage restaurant which was the appeal from the start for us, was too stuffy to sit inside (early July 2023) so we sat outside but that's near the main road. It was busy, noisy and not the calm relaxing experience we had hoped for. All in all a disappointing experience.

arrived Monday about 7 pm after 500+ mile drive looking forward to a cool beer and something to eat. Bar was closed and offered 2 bottled beers with nowhere to sit other than in reception. Restaurant did not open till 8.30. Told our dog not permitted in restaurant but may be allowed on terrace but that may not open. Receptionist was very polite but felt we were not really welcome. will not stay there again.

cheap for a reason, won’t be back.

I needed a bed, they had one and it was cheap

Unfortunately, this will sound like I had a problem with them and am just whinging, but these are the facts. no bar, poor restaurant, no sound proofing in the overhead concrete floors, doors that close with a bang even when being careful, a very small pool, the location is amongst deserted land. have to pay for private car park, no assistance with luggage, reception staff that are happier speaking to their friends rather than guests. I got intermittent sleep in between the clip clipping of feet above me and the slamming doors.

Quirky comfy hotel with character. Good breakfast choices.

Helpful and friendly staff. Location was perfect for me (near Agricultural campus). Room very good.

Be prepared to use bus or taxi to get to centre.
