Excellent experience. The staff was amazing.

Located in the centre of the city, beautiful and cozy hotel. The staff was excellent, very friendly and professional. Very comfortable room and amenities. Simply lovely, would highly recommend.

Comfortable accommodation in the old town

It is located in the very heart of the old town what makes it easy to discover this part of the city and enjoy countless bars and restaurants of local cousin. We booked the room of 18m2 and it was quite comfortable for 2 days. Our window was on the backyard and I would say that this was a big plus taking into consideration that the street is noisy until late at night. The breakfast of a good quality for a reasonable price.

Actually, nothing! I would stay here again.

Relación calidad-precio excepcional, muy recomendable

Ubicación inmejorable, en pleno casco viejo y muy cerquita de las paradas de metro y tranvía.Ademas esta a un corto paseo del resto de lugares a visitar(Guggenheim, San Mamés, mercado de la Ribera..).La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, con muy buen colchón y almohadas. El hotel recién reformado. El personal un 10 en amabilidad y disponibilidad, especialmente Gorka. En resumen, relación calidad-precio inmejorable.Lo recomendamos mucho!!!

Die Lage ist Top aber den Preis ist es nicht wirklich wert.

Die Lage ist wirklich super angenehm um Bilbao zu Fuß zu entdecken. Auch das Fußballstadion ist zu Fuß in 25 min zu erreichen

Das Bett ist recht unbequem und könnte für zwei Personen sehr eng werden. Man hört alles durch - sowohl von Gang als auch von den anderen Zimmern. Konnte den Wecker der Nachbarn immer sehr gut hören.

We hebben een heel leuk verblijf gehad!

Het lag op een top locatie met genoeg barretjes, restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en 24/7 aanwezig.

Het was niet heel storend, maar het was best wel gehorig.

Very clean, very clearly newly renovated. Superb location!

The room was a little low on facilities - even for a budget hotel (no tea and coffee maker in the room for example). But the location, cleanliness, layout, and staff more than made up for it!

Very good location

The hotel is in the old town, the location is perfect, 2 minutes from the tram station. It is very easy to reach the city centre. I travelled alone and felt very safe during my stay in Bilbao. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't have any bad experience, so this is not a disatvantage of the hotel, but only an advise from me. The hotel is good, i recommand it. But if you are a bed&breakfast person - like me :D - then may be this is the city where it is better not to buy the hotel's breakfast, and go to a local bar instead - there are a lot of bar only for 1-2-3 minutes walk away - and eat there some fresh and very tasty food with a nice coffee, the price will be the same as in the hotel. Learn from my mistake, next time i will do like this, it is sure:)

Great hotel in Old Town Bilbao

We booked last minute as we wanted to enjoy a night in Bilbao. Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Restaurant next door is amazing. Location in the old town is perfect for exploring.

I enjoy staying in this property

The owner was very kind and helpful. The property was very simple but was clean .

It was very noisy on the street. On 4 am street works was make a lot of noise. It was not beach front but near to the beach.

A nice little hotel not far away from the river so you could walk to places like the Guggenheim. Clean, comfortable and good value for money. I forgot to mention the friendly and helpful reception staff.

Thought we were getting an exceptional deal at 50% off.

Staff was great, helpful and informative. Location was excellent. Advertised air conditioning. Large room.

Air conditioning either didn't work, mostly didn't, and when it did work, it was freezing, no happy middle. Walking in the room, the floors creaked so loudly it woke everyone up. Bath had mold.

The floor cracks a bit but it wasn't that bad My partner didn't like that much the bed , for me was comfy
