Klare Empfehlung: wir kommen wieder!

Sehr gute Lage (2 min) der Unterkunft zum Barro – Strand. Aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit, sowohl im Restaurant wie an der Rezeption (besonderes Dankeschön an Fernando). Zu Beginn wurde uns hilfreiches Info-Material der Umgebung zur Verfügung gestellt. Nachdem uns die erste Wohnung nicht zusagte, konnten wir am nächsten Tag ohne Probleme wechseln. Die Apartments sind großzügig, ruhig und gut geschnitten. Täglich werden die Apartments gründlich gereinigt. Praktisch fanden wir auch, dass wir im Restaurant frühstücken konnten: leckeres Frühstück! Wir fanden es so schön, dass wir verlängert haben und gerne wiederkommen!

Un gran sitio para estar a la vez en la playa y la montaña

El personal muy amable, y el desayuno continental estaba muy bien. La ubicación era bastante buena, apenas a 2 minutos de la playa caminando, con el monte al lado. Un buen aparcamiento gratuito.

Quizá podrían haber sido un poco más amplias las habitaciones. Era un poco pequeña para dos adultos y un peque.

Unscheinbar von außen - innen viel Komfort

Sehr komfortable Zimmer direkt am Camino del Norte - gute Alternative zu den (teureren) Unterkünften in Llanes - statt Restaurant gut sortierte Snackbar. Als Restaurant ist das am Strand des nahen Campingplatzes sehr zu empfehlen! Frühstück wird frisch serviert und darf gerne auch nachgefordert werden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Für Jakobspilger sehr zu empfehlen

Wonderful location

Great location, wonderful staff.

Included breakfast was very simple and we had to pay for extras. Quite pricey foe what you get.

A great three day stay in a perfect location before exploring the Picos de Europa.

Staff were excellent, pleasant and professional. Accommodation was first class, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Hotel was ideally situated to visit the fantastic beaches of Asturia.

Great quiet location. 5 minutes walking distance to the sea. All possible kitchen equipment, AEG mostly. Cleaning every day, towels change. Room service. Several good restaurants around. Underground car park.

Cosy good value excellent location and friendly

excellent location for beaches and exploration by bicycle. The staff were extremely helpful. there was a limited menu in the off season but good food at a reasonable price.

One step from a hostel stay

Friendly desk staff

Poor location. It was a taxi from Llanes, our main focus for the visit in this area. Our trip fell outside season and most hotels and restaurants in Barro are closed. Disappointing. Room was tiny and sterile.

Nice hotel footsteps away from the Beach in Barro

Nice hotel located in the village of Barro just a few footsteps away from the beach. Very friendly staff and several restaurants nearby, including the hotels own cafeteria. From the hotel you can do several walks at the wild coast or visit a nice lagoon with a pitoresque church just 15 minutes away.

Quite expensive durign the high season, considering the overall price level in Northern Spain. In summer, the village and the beaches are quite crowded since there are several very big campsites in the village.

Great location, but small family rooms

Great location close to a lovely beach. On site parking.

Family room (double with additional bed) was small. The hotel has some awkward rules - like no dining on the restaurant balcony, apparently because they consider it too much trouble (although drinking outside is fine). Not too much of a problem - there is a hotel with restaurant and outside dining opposite.

A must return experience.

The friendliness of the owners and the staff was exceptional, they made us feel very relaxed and very welcome. We booked bed and breakfast and found the breakfast simple but adequate. The location was perfect, just 50 metres from the beach and within easy distance to fantastic walks with spectacular scenery, coves, and beaches.

For us, nothing.

the property was wonderful the staff were terrific friendly and very helpful the rooms were superb large and very clean and comfortable the food was good the location was great the beach was 2 minutes from the property will definitely recommend and will return.

Only small contro in all the pros was that we could hear everything. Probably bad luck with noisy neighbours or we forgot that this is spain and there's a different timing

Great value for money.

Very good location; friendly staff; great breakfast and free bike rental.

Walls are very thin, so you can hear people from other rooms and hallway. Also, the room was very warm even after turning the heating off but we could kind of managed it by sleeping with the window open.

Very good

Spacious apartment just 100m from a lovely beach. Well situated for other beaches and coves along the coast. Stunning backdrop of the mountains behind. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. We self catered but breakfasts and light meals are available. Parking under the building.

A little noisy when other guests arrived in the adjoining apartments - not especially well sound proofed.

Had a lovely stay here. Beach across the road is adorable.

A well run hotel in a beautiful area with friendly staff. Car parking is free and safe too which always makes a trip feel more relaxed. The room was lovely too.

The breakfast is too basic and they need to offer cereal, eggs, etc. It is fine but needs to be more filling we feel.

Great location, friendly staff

The location, situated across the street of a beautiful beach. Also, breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and the shower is very nice.

Hotelrooms are a bit outdated. Very nice shower though. Another thing, just to mention, is that dogs are not allowed in the beach, but ofcourse, the hotel manager cannot be blamed for that.

Cozy hotel in playa de Barro

This cozy hotel is located next to one of the most beautiful beaches that you can see in Northern Spain. The room was very clean and the staff were simply amazing. If you are looking for a nice getaway with beautiful nature and amazing food, this is the place. I would definitely come back!

Great place

Great staff. Very helpful and implicated. Room are very clean and comfortable. Shower is great. Location in Barro close to everything with the beach 10 meters away.

Breakfast is coffee and toast. For is it was excellent, but i realize that for some people it won't be enough. WiFi a bit weak
