Séjour très agréable à rhodes

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous avons eu un souci de clim qui a été réparé dès le lendemain. Les tarifs de location de voiture et taxis sont très abordables. La piscine est agréable. Idéalement placé près des commerces.

La déco des pièces et les meubles pourrait être modernisée. La route est passante et c'est parfois bruyant. La plage située à 150m est surtout adaptée pour les sports de glisse plutôt que pour la plage en famille.

Exceptional

Each and every one of the staff were amazing! We got really good service from the day we arrived to the day we left. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The location is really good: near shops, restaurants etc. but still in really peaceful place. Rooms were clean and there were everything we needed. Pool area is a bit small, but there was room for us everytime we went there so it wasn't a problem. The staff even served foods and drinks from the restaurant to the pool which was really nice.

Excellent stay!

The room was spacious and very clean with a nice pool view. The pool was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and they helped me to rent a car and book some excursions. The beach is just across the street. I tried the Coconut Restaurant, excellent food and professional service.

We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and spacious room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our dinner at the Coconut Restaurant, delicious greek food and an extended list of greek wines. The location is very convenient, only 15' by bus to Rhodes town and 5' walk to Ixia beach. The pool was nice and clean.

Excellent small friendly hotel

Friendly staff, good size room with good size terrace. Food in restaurant was excellent. In the middle of resort with good shops and bars nearby. Eventhough close to all amenities it was up a side road so not to noisy.

Area around pool was quite small and if people were using the sunbeds you had no room to walk around.

Location and cleanliness. All staff very friendly and exceedingly helpful. Evening food menu quality was excellent on half board menu.

Same options for breakfast, cold eggs and bacon, crispy croissants due to the warming cabinets. Lack of fish choices on inclusive menu, only 1.

Great place with grate atmosphere

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing restaurant Coconut (delicious food, 10% discount for guest). Good location - close to the bus stop to Rhodos citi and the airport. Pool was cleaned very often and was nice and peaceful. Hotel is cameral - easy to relax and have great time.

A spacious and clean apartment in the family-friendly quiet hotel

A spacious and clean apartment in the family-friendly quiet hotel, two ACs in the apartment, friendly staff, a nice pool with sunbeds and accessories, a few children's areas with toys and various activities, solid breakfast (minimum choice though nicely prepared). The hotel is close to numerous excellent restaurants, the old Rhodes city (10 mins by bus) and the airport (20 mins by taxi/30 by bus)

Weak Wi-fi, unreliable public transport (buses towards the old city are usually full and don't stop)

Amazing

Everything was perfect!! Starting with then reception, food, housekeeping, waiters, view!!! We stayed by the pool some days and it was really nice and quiet. The area it is not centred on the roads so we had a nice and peaceful stay. Food spectacular and perfect. The receptionist was very nice and warm, always there for us and our questions or support. I have nothing bad to say or to suggest improvements. I really hope they will stay like this for a long time.

Would definitely recommend

Family like atmosphere, helpful and caring staff. Very spacious apartment with super comfy main bed (extra thick mattress). Hotel restaurant "The Coconut" is a great place to dine and offers a good choice of tasty dishes with a discount for hotel guests. Do not hesitate to make an appointment for massagge sessions with Alexandros. The man DOES know his job and the organic oil olive he uses does wonders to sun burnt skin!

Had a really good holiday and the Staff are excellent.

The location is great plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area, we had a meal here and the food was good.

There was no pool bar on the days we stayed here

Good value for money - very nice staff !

We came here for the second time as appartments are spacious (recent painted), walking distance to all restaurants, personell is helpful and kind. Our air condition gave up and we got a new room right away! It is clearly value for money compared to other appartments in the area.

Little noisey in bathrooms (neighbors) and hallway (front door).

Our mid-Covid holiday on Rhodes Island

Everything else was just perfect, nice clean rooms, new towels every day, nicely equipped little kitchenette in the rooms, big enough fridge, clean swimming pool, friendly staff, shops are close, seaside is about 3 minutes walk away, nice high quality restaurant with very good service and food, easy parking. We had two rooms (family of 7), both were perfect with nice views, big balconies. I highly recommend the hotel for families or couples,. Pricing is reasonable for what you get for it.

Only two minor things I can mention; the mattress in the bed was a bit soft for me, often woke up with back pain, and the beer I got served was not cold enough.

A home from home experience.

The hotel owners & staff could not have been more welcoming. They truly wanted to make our visit to their hotel a very special experience. The location is fabulous. Near all the local amenities & across the road from the beach. The hotel restaurant was also a lovely place to dine or enjoy a cocktail or two!

Superb

Quiet hotel with large rooms and very gentle, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location for participants in scientific events in Ixia, just a few kilometers from Rhodes town and from the airport. Close to the beach and many shops. The meals in the restaurant are delicious.

The staff is really helpful and nice. Rooms are basic, but clean. The meals in the restaurant are ok. It is close to the beach. It's a bargain for the price.
