Very good

The staff was really friendly. Specifically Aliyah was very friendly and helped us with all kind of local tips. The service was outstanding: fast, cheerful and friendly. Recommend the place!!

Disappointed

Staff were lovely and really helpful. Food was nice but expensive.

Interior needed updating. Exterior poor with no exterior. Strange approach theough a housing estate. Cold room.

Great location for a holiday. loved the breakfast and high quality evening menu, well done to all

House breakfast was superb and well cooked, set you up for the day. Staff spot on. Evening meals of a very high standard and you could eat anywhere in the hotel.

Did not realise it was dog friendly but no big issue. Need to make it plain that you need to add the hotel name to the Sat Nav address prior to arrival no point telling you after you have travelled half way around Dorset due to your Sat Nav going haywire as happened to us..!

Great hotel but I was massively overcharged by Booking.com

The location and building was a great wow factor. The staff we excellent and the general standard was first class.

I feel I was massively overcharged by booking.com for the rooms. £160 is London hotel rates. My fault for not checking the contract thoroughly. I won’t be using them again. If I had booked with the hotel direct I could have saved several hundred pounds for my family. Lesson learned.

Very pleasant stay at the Lordleaze Hotel, staff were very friendly and the room comfortable + clean

The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast was also very good. Surroundings also very rural and relaxing.

It was a bit off the beaten track and not the easiest to find.

Staff helpful and food tasty.

Steep stairs to 1st floor- no lift Coffee machine still too slow and unreliable (see other reviews) Decor needs updating Tap broke on the bath Very small lounge. Twin room overpriced (£130) compared to double (£80 - £85) per night Access through a large housing estate.

I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back.

Food was excellent! Staff made me feel very welcome. Grace and Martin were fantastic, they really looked after me and made my week one to remember!

Coffee machine at breakfast didn’t always work too well.

very enjoyable with lots of good food and very helpful staff

very comfortable with good dog walking facilities for the dogs right out front. food was very good any issues were dealt with immediately by the staff having fresh milk delivered to the room is excellent

It was a stay for a family occasion.. and for that it was absolutely ideal, and the staff were amazing!

Excellent friendly staff,food was top draw best burger I have had for a while with an quality breakfast, very comfortable and quiet, parking for my truck

Only minor complaint food was served on a piece of wood, and postcode didn't get you to the hotel which is well hidden if you miss the sign at the end of the road
