Süsses kleines Hotel mit schönem Garten. Nettes Personal, alles sauber. Frühstück gut. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist schön! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Balkon. Uns hat es gefallen 😊

Hotel met fijn zwembad en mooie tuin.

Het uitzicht vanaf ons balkon op de 2e verdieping of vanop het dak. Het zwembad. De tuin met de mooie bloemen en de immer aanwezige vogeltjes. Vriendelijke dame achter de bar en bij het ontbijt.

Nogal kleine douche, maar het ging wel. De kamer is ook niet zo heel groot maar het bed wel en nog wel genoeg ruimte om de valiezen open te leggen. Praktisch ingericht.

hotel with a pool and an outside bar, nice staff, good breakfast for the price and comfortable beds

our room was a bit too close to the reception so we heard quite a lots of movement from the common places but didn’t bother us so much in the end. locationwise it’s quite a walk from the town center

Short but Lovely Stay in Agios Nikolaos

Even though the Hotel is a little bit away from city center ( 20 Minutes walk), but it is in a very nice and quiet area which i liked a lot. The hotel is really big with a very large parking space, a lot of plants arounds and facilities. It has a bar and a swimming pool and the lady at the bar from UK was so cool and friendly. The room was so good for me, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was wide enough and the balcony has a nice view. The breakfast was good with a lot of varieties. The staff are super friendly and the check-in / check-out process was so fast. The price is so good for what you get.

The fridge need to be checked since it was not that cold.

Jeanette at the pool bar was really nice and friendly. Lovely breakfast and big car park.

Rooms were rather on the small side and not a great view at the back of the hotel; unkept land that could have been made into a pretty garden!

Very good international breakfast with home made cakes, jams and many othe things. I enjoyed the sea view balcony. The center is 20 min. walk distance.

it was nice place. good breakfast for sure. lovely stuff. clean sheets and nice bed. shower was with good pressure and there ware all necessities needed. nice pool as well as the yard! love that hotel.

booking.com have charged me 85€ instead of 52€ and their support is super rude and didn’t want to provide me with refund for the difference. attaching screenshot. That is so wrong to have the expectation to pay 52 and then you are charged 85. that is a rubbery.

Charming base for a stay in Agios Nikolaos.

It's a small friendly independent hotel. The overall look of the hotel and gardens is very pretty. Gardens very well maintained. We had a sea view room 1st Floor. V easy to get to reception. We had a nice view, partly obstructed by trees, but we liked it. The rooms, as with the hotel in general, were slightly dated, although everything worked and was very clean. Bathroom was small but everything worked and was cleaned daily. Sufficient if not great variety of breakfast options. Small inside dining area, so most ate in the outside dining area. Shade at outside tables was limited, although we usually found a shaded table. Pool and pool area was not large, but plenty of space and beds during our stay. A large tree provides plenty of shade for those looking for some respite from the sun. The cicadas in the trees (Greek crickets) are very noisy and active throughout the day. Lunch and snacks are available between 11.30am and 2.30pm and cocktails and spirits are served during happy hour (6pm – 8pm, daily). Refreshments (beer and soft drinks) are available 24x7. Although the hotel has no restaurant, there's a very good restaurant 120 meters down the road. Agios Nikolaos is perfect for anyone who’s looking for a more traditional Cretan experience. If you want loud music and plenty of nightlife, look elsewhere. There are a couple of roads of shops and great restaurants can be found everywhere around the harbour area. “Town” is about 20-minute stroll from the hotel. Lack of decent pavements means you will end up walking in the street for some of the time. There’s a small beach nearby (Ammoudi Beach). It’s mostly covered in beds which are reasonably priced. We spent a day at the beach (out of 6 days), and were glad we did.

There was nothing of note that we didn't like. This hotel is a clean, friendly, value proposition. At this price, there are often compromises. Lato had fewest compromises at our price range. Although a slope has been built from the car park to reception, it is quite steep. Check before you arrive, but from recollection, access to the lift is not step free. If you have restricted mobility, do your research, as the area is generally quite hilly.

The air con was pretty useless, possibly needs a good service. A kettle, cups and saucers provided in room but no tea/coffee provided.

A little Gem. We will be back.

A lovely little hotel set back off the road in it's own gardens. Lots of homemade items on offer for breakfast, pies, cakes,, jams etc., along with all the usual things. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and excellent parking facility. It's about a 20/25 minute walk into the centre but there are lots of very good restaurants within a 10 minutes of the hotel.

Pleasant hotel with lovely helpful staff. Seaview from room was amazing. Great car park!

Perfect check-in and room with great sea view, however the bar was closed in the day and it didn't seem to have much atmosphere. Pool could do with general refurbishment. But overall, we got what we paid for and happy. Location was about a 20 minute pleasant walk from town.

We didnt have any hot water at night or in the morning to shower or sink. We didnt complain just a friendly mention as checking out. Very hot so didnt mind a cold shower :-) I could not complain when we paid very little.

The hotel is close to the beach and within walking distance from the center, The room was comfortable, with a balcony. There is a very nice yard with a pool. loved the breakfast with fresh fruit and local products!

Very nice place to stay. Around 15 min walk from center of the city. Great breakfast, later you could also order hot meals from very positive lady behind the bar. Swiming pool for guests. Clean and fresh room. Kind personel. Recommend.
