Fantastic all round!

The swimming pool was enormous and extremely clean. The quality of both the evening meal and the breakfast were both exceptional. Avery talented chef and his team deserve special mention. Lovely helpful and friendly staff generally. We will visit again!

Wanted to leave the minute I arrived

Breakfast mediocre. Hot food was cold! Location only suited guests with car. Service very hot and miss

Fantastic hotel with beautiful views

Wonderful hotel! The beautiful views are the main attraction here, so be sure to get a balcony room facing the city. Rooms are impeccably clean. Water pressure and temperature are fantastic. Parking is plentiful with easy access. Staff is very nice!

It would be nice to have beds separated as twin option instead of on one frame. There is alot of a noise that carries late in evening when folks hang out in area in front of property - this is not the hotel's fault, but some signs to keep please quiet after 10 pm and before 9 am would be useful.

Great hotel in fabulous location

No International TV stations in English. No CNN, BBC, Bloomberg etc

. Great Alpine location. Very nice hotel. Great staff. Beatrice on the reception was very friendly & knowledgeable.

Picturesque building with great view of Salzburg having cosy traditional styled restaurant. Positive friendly and very helpful staff.

Awkward steps and stairs made wheelchair access difficult - but the management and staff made it as easy as possible by allowing use of fire door entry and access.

Amazing view and the hotel

The place is amazing! We were satisfied with pretty much everything. The room was nice and clean, we even got a little balcony. The pool was very refreshing and there is even a hike trial behind the hotel. View is breathtaking! Breakfast was exceptional with the variety of fresh and tasty food. Hotel is far enough from the city to be a quite getaway though it takes 10 min to the city. This place is worth of coming back.

Not much to mentioning though it felt like we didn’t have enough toiletries for the hotel of this category but that wasn’t a big inconvenience.

Great relaxing stay close to Salzburg

quiet, in the forest, great environment. Not good without car. Great hotel, good rooms, good atmosphere, excellent staff. Very good restaurant !,

Breakfast okay, but not amazing, too expensive for =what is offered. Heating strange, room temperature can only be managed by reception

Perfect for a relaxing stay in a quiet location

Quiet hotel in a beautiful location overlooking Salzburg with free parking and very friendly staff. Very nice, large and quiet room with a wonderful view and a nice seating area, very good bed and pillows and plenty of storage options. Very good food for dinner. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come again.

We had hair on and under the pillows and in the bathroom (and not just one or two) and dust on appliances in the bathroom which is a no-go for a 4-star hotel of this price category. The dinner was very good but prices were high for the size of the portions, especially for the dessert. Not a problem for us but worth to mention that due to the wooden building ironing and the use of electric kettles in the room is not possible. The main point for us is the cleaning which we think is easy to improve and then this hotel is definitely worth to come again.
