I always stay at this excellent hotel in Wolfenbüttel. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast is outstanding.

During this stay, I found the wifi to be very slow, almost unuseable at times. It may have been a network problem?

Rooms where excellent and clean. Very friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was very good and varied between fresh bread and meats to cooked bacon and eggs.

Trying to cool room down with door / window open leave you open to hearing the beeping of the railway crossing just down from hotel. Not an issue if you on the other side of the hotel but also I live in a very quiet rural area so not used to the noise of being in a suburb, this is likely not going to bother anyone who does.

Friendly and professional staff. Excellent location in the town centre. Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms

Easy to find, very clean, friendly and welcoming receptionist.

The pillow could have been smaller, it was too big.

The room was spacious and even had a sofa which was a nice addition. It was very clean and in a good location next to the railway station. Breakfast was the usual affair with a good amount of choice. It was easy to access the property when arriving outside the hours of reception. Overall, a very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The wifi was slow and patchy in certain parts of the room. It was a little loud from the trains when the window was open which it needed to be as it was very warm and the room only had a small fan (no air conditioning). I would prefer if they supplied glasses (as opposed to disposable plastic cups) which would be better for the environment.

The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was very dirty and old. There was black mold in the shower between the tiles.

Fantastically clean and pleasant place, next to downtown and railway station, with friendly staff speaking English. Good wifi connection and tasty breakfasts.

The breakfast is fantastic. It has a good variety of fresh, well-prepared food. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. Rilano Wolfenbüttel is an excellent hotel.
