Hotel molto bello ma camera scomoda e troppa confusione

Buffet ricco sia a colazione che cena; Ambienti molto puliti

Stanza troppo piccola per tre persone; Ambienti troppo affollati tipo la piscina esterna vicina al bar dove non era possibile rilassarsi per la troppa confusione; Prezzi delle bevande ai pasti eccessivi;

Sonst ein ganz schöner Urlaub

Lage, das reichhaltige Buffet

Die Zimmer haben keinen Stauraum und keine Ablageflächen außer einem Minitisch Keine Sitzgelegenheit außer einem kleinen Hocker den wir für einen Koffer als Ablage nutzten…..das nicht alles am Boden herumsteht. Das Abendessen könnte etwas früher stattfinden.

99% cudowny wyjazd !

Hotel spełnia wszystkie możliwe potrzeby jakie można wymyśleć. Udogodnienia takie jak bliskość do morza, beach bar, lounge bar, muzyka na żywo, baseny oraz minimalna odległość od miasteczka to bardzo przemyślany plan. Niczego nie brakuje : pokoje bardzo czyste, możliwość codziennej wymiany ręczników plażowych oraz nieprawdopodobna ilość opcji podczas śniadań i obiadokolacji to coś czego nie da się opisać. Naszym zdaniem to jedno z lepszych miejsc w których mogliśmy być :)

Jest jeden aspekt do poprawy. Panie pokojówki oraz obsługa sprzątająca naczynia podczas śniadań i kolacji oraz recepcja to bardzo sympatyczne osoby :) Natomiast barmani i kelnerzy w lounge barze oraz beach barze - niestety swoim usposobieniem codziennie byli wyniośli. Interakcja z Gościem na zasadzie czystej życzliwości czy uśmiechu - zerowa. Przeszkadzało nam również to, że rozmawialiśmy w języku angielskim i za każdym razem odpowiadano nam po niemiecku. Rozumiemy, że 90% Gości hotelowych przyjeżdżają z Niemiec i Austrii, ale jeżeli ktoś zamawia coś w języku angielskim to byłoby miło kontynuować przebieg rozmowy tak samo. Jako Hotel wszystko macie dopięte na ostatni guzik - ale ta jedna sprawa - naprawdę powinna się poprawić. Wtedy Wasza ocena wzrosła by na 11/10 :)

Perfekter Kurzurlaub!

Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war alles vorhanden. Beim Abendessen hingegen hatte ich den Eindruck, dass anders als früher gekocht wurde (war schon dreimal in diesem Hotel). Es gab beim Buffet kein einziges Mal Pommes, auch das Angebot von Fischspeisen war eher dürftig. Personal wie eh und je sehr zuvorkommend, nett und freundlich!

Auflagen bei den Liegen am Pool und Sitzpolster in der Poolbar waren ziemlich voll mit Vogelkot, bei den vielen Vögeln zwar kein Wunder, aber man könnte sie auch reinigen!

Für Tennissportler ein besonders geeignetes Hotel

Die ausgezeichnete ruhige Lage direkt am Meer inklusive Park. Man konnte auf der Promenade in ca. 15 Minuten die Altstadt von Novigrad erreichen. Zum Abendbuffet gab es kostenlose Getränke. Uns hat der wohlschmeckende Wein besonders gut gefallen.

Beim Abendessen hätten wir uns am Buffet an manchen Tagen etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Unser Superior Doppelzimmer war sehr klein und es gab nur einen winzigen Balkon.

Ottimo albergo, sopra le aspettative. La Andrea ci ha trovato un posto in area Wellness, la piscina abbastanza capiente, a cena c'è il free drink, alla reception molto cordiale e gentile la Kristina

Die Zimmer sehr modern renoviert. Nassraum mit Dusche perfekt. Das Bett mit Matratze perfekt. Essen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Meerwasser Innenpool super.

Odlično.

Hrana raznolika,lokacija krasna.Osebje zelo prijazno, vedno pripravljeno pomagati. Prosila sem, da na dan odhoda ostanem dlje, prijazno so mi dovolili.

Vsekakor mi ni bilo všeč,da kljub temu,da smo Slovenci množični gostje, še vedno nikjer ni zaslediti navodil v slovenskem jeziku.

Food, good quality and clean room, close to the city, the entire hotel area offers plenty of things to do. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Water in the swimming pool was so cold that some kids couldn’t really use it, a bit sad especially when the swimming pool is actually nice. In the evenings the smell coming from A/C was awful. Also be aware that hotel guests will smoke almost everywhere, so it’s hard to enjoy fresh air even outside.

Recreational hotel with good facilities walking distance to town center.

Great beach in the neighbourhood, good enough space for all at the green area or on the seaside despite crowded high season hotel life. Great big size indoor swimmingpool. Well sound isolated rooms.

Superior room size was narrow, almost too small and the balcony size not too large as well. Evening live music which can be disturbing for people who prefer quite, but positive is at this ended 22:30, latest 23:00.

Not worth it

The location is very good. Buffet breakfast and dinner are decent. Most of the staff are friendly. Receptionist David is very professional and helpful.

The description about drinks during dinner is misleading. I booked half-board and I was surprised that I had to pay for the drinks at dinner time. The dates are applicable to buffet meals but in the text there is a complete sentence stating that drinks during dinner are included in the price of half-board. What's worse was the communication with the hotel. The women at the reception on Monday evening shift was outright rude. She read the text word by word without admitting that the hotel had provided misleading information. Same with the customer service Stephanie, who could only repeat the same text. The beach service was unclear with their pricing. We got the voucher for beach chair upon check-in. But once we were at the beach, the employees started to add 'details'. The voucher only covers two white plastic chairs, and the umbrella would cost 4 euro per day. The brown, beach chairs with fixed umbrella would cost 10 euro more. None of these were previously communicated and even the employees at the beach were not consistent with the extra charge. The room is too small for a family of three. We had an extra bed for our kid. There was no space to unpack a standard check-in suitcase. Moving around the room was difficult and it increased the risk of bumping on the corners, especially for children. A handyman with security entered our room without our acknowledgement. They knocked but didn't wait for even 3 seconds. It was a rainy afternoon and we were all in the room.
