Very disappointing. We would definitely not recommend.

The cleaner who let us in was very pleasant and helpful.

Apart from the cleaner who we saw when we arrived we didn't see any other staff member at all . It felt a very soulless place to stay, although stylishly decorated. The noise of the fridge in the room was really annoying. We didn't want or need a mini bar yet the fridge noise kept us awake most of the night. You know this is a problem as you supply earplugs - which still didn't block out the noise. This was very unsatisfactory and I suggest you get rid of the fridges. Our room was exceptionally small.

Superb

great location, close to the inner city and the beach. communication with hosts was easy and super friendly! breakfast is served at a bar across the street. parking is available against payment just across the corner or for free in the streets. the apartment is super modern, comfortable and cozy. at the entrance area you get coffee, tea and water for free which is great! I can definitely recommend, our stay was amazing!

3 day stopover on tour of Sicily

very central, 5 minutes from train/ bus stations, clean, good shower.

small room with little storage space, noisy location in early hours, no need to have a noisy fridge freezer in room, pillows could be better

Loved the room and location.

we had room 105 and it was finished to a very high standard. There was a huge bathtub and a large walk in shower. It was described as a low ceiling but my partner is 6 foot and the ceiling was fine. Good location near the centre of town.

a good boutique hotel with a nice room. unattended at all times and not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Very clean and comfortable

A steep flight of steps without any lift or staff to help with the luggage. Lack of parking in front of hotel.

The stairs, due to our age, one was getting our cases up three flights, one set were very steep with no hand rail.

top location, beautiful equipped room

We were really surprised about the size and beauty of the room. They used a lot of high-quality material which made us feel we are sleeping in a 5* hotel. Beds were really comfy. The location was perfect to explore Cefalu. For the breakfast we were handed a voucher for a coffee shop close by. We could choose between 3 different types (sicilian, continental and italian) - breakfast was solid.

Parking is a bit complicated in Cefalu. Thankfully they offered the information about the parking in advance. Reception hours did not match with the real presence of staff.

Gorgeous room in town

Room was gorgeous - good size and lovely shower. Also perfect location right next to the town and a 5 min walk to the beach!

Great location for a short break; chic decor and lovely outdoor breakfast at a local cafe

the location, the decor was exceptional and breakfast at the golden ball was a great way to start each day

no views and it would have been nice to have a balcony or some outdoor space. I knew this was not the case upon booking but that would have improved the experience overall. Lots of steep stairs!

The whole experience was one of the best we've ever had on holidays, just perfect!

I loved that the room had been done up to such a high standard, but you could still feel the grand old charm of the building. The unicorn decoration was magical, and all the furniture was top quality. The shutters worked perfectly and were a very authentic touch. We booked a room only rate so it was a lovely surprise to get a voucher for a local cafe, that was a really nice touch. The location is just perfect too, you are close to the train station, the mountain, the old town, and the beach. Just perfect!

Great place to return, very nice lady at the reception, thanks for the experience in your guesthouse.

Very nice room design, simplistic and modern, new and well “taken care of” furniture. Very good smell since you enter and clean. Good quality of the bathroom cleaning products.

The room we had was with a low ceiling, can be inconvenient for taller people.

Excellent decor, very chic, love it. (Notice to say that it's been just been re-decorated). A big fridge if you want to store drinks and foods that you buy, plus a freezer for ice-cream etc. Excellent wifi. Loved the mini complementary coffee and drinks bar outside in the reception area. Micro-drinks were particularly awesome - little 'essence' cubes that you deserve into a glass of water they then dissolve. Flavours are herbal etc. Breakfast is served in a little family-run cafe just few doors down the road, staff there really friendly and helpful. Brilliant location - close enough to the main bits but not too close that it'd be noisy at night.

Not much, to be honest. Keep up the good work! Just a note for travellers - the property locates on 1st floor, as with lots of other historic buildings there isn't a lift.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Great location, modern amenities and lovely rooms. Good value for money. Also great breakfast!

I would have liked a kettle in the room and also usb charging power points. Also a mirror in the bedroom not just the bathroom. My room was right by the reception so sometimes it was a little loud outside but not too bad - I had a great night sleep!

Exceptional

Wonderful location and the rooms were comfortable. We had room 1,2, and 3 so the entire hallway was our group. The breakfast was out of this world!!! I would highly recommend this place if you happen to be traveling to Cefalù.

Parking was a little difficult but that is typical for Italy.
