para quem foca na localização

a localização com certeza muito boa! no coração de Jurerê. não tivemos problemas com localização, próximo tem uma alameda gastronômica muito boa! excelente. tinha supermercados, praia no hotel. A localização é muito boa e privilegiada. Tem salão de beleza no hotel, minha esposa adorou. Os funcionários são atenciosos, corteses, educadíssimos.

Eu não voltaria a me hospedar porque achei o quarto apertado! O banheiro era com banheira o que é ruim para tomar banho. A gente contratou um quarto sem banheira, mas deram com. E também achei não compensou o custo benefício. O quarto não tem muito conforto. Para quem quer localização, piscina, salão no hotel, sala de jogos compensa. De todo modo, eu não voltaria a me hospedar por esses pontos, não vale o custo benefício para mim. o café da manhã não tem muita opção, não vale o custo benefício para mim.

Excelente instalações

Todas as instalações do hotel são incríveis, desde o quarto até as áreas comuns. A piscina é um espetáculo a parte, é a mais bonita que eu já vi. Café da manhã é um banquete, muitas opções maravilhosas. Atendimento cordial de todos os funcionários. Minha estadia foi perfeita!

Não tenho considerações que não tenha gostado.

Recomiendo el hotel, sobre todo si vas con niños.

La salida hacia la playa, piscina, restaurant, en general todo fue muy cómodo

el aire acondicionado del comedor estaba malo, goteaba mucho, y los precios del alojamiento son carísimos.

QUERO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA !!!!!!

Café da manhã razoável , mas pelos valores das diárias poderia ser melhor, salão lotado, o hotel ao identificar a superlotação deveria abrir outro salão para nao haver fila

Vou rotineiramente a esse mesmo hotel há mais de 10 anos, já passei carnaval , réveillon , natal , enfim era um local onde minha familia sempre se sentiu confortável, inclusive sempre indicava aos meus amigos. Nessa ultima estadia fui extraordináriamente mal tratado, gostaria até de saber se a administração mudou , porque a minha impressão é que o hotel estava abandonado, fui colocado em um quarto com ar condicionado quebrado, relatei ao sair do quarto para jantar por volta das 20 h e pasmem, quando voltei a meia noite ninguem havia subido ao meu quarto para verificar. Tive de descer novamente para reclamar na recepção que sob ameaça mandou um "mensageiro"para ver o que poderia fazer , lógico que nao conseguiu nada , solicitei troca de quarto que nao foi atendida e tivemos de dormir com o quarto na temperatura de 32º. Ao acordar, fui usar o banheiro e, pasmem novamente, o banheiro estava com o privada ENTUPIDA!!!!!!, NÃO PAGUEI 2 MIL REAIS POR DIÁRIA PARA DORMIR SEM AR CONDICIONADO E PARA DESENTUPIR PRIVADA PELA MANHÃ, o mínimo que o Jurerê Beach Village poderia fazer é me devolver essa diária!!!

the restaurant not reflecting the atmosphere and its design. food options very limited and still not well prepared. suggestion to outsource the place to someone who understands the restaurant business as it has a lot of potential not only for guests but from visitors as well

Great place to stay with children.

Easy check in, professional and friendly staff. Beautiful setting and amenities.

The activities that took place to entertain the children staying at the hotel were loud and could be heard from anywhere in the hotel - including the room-since early in the morning until 10:00 PM. So , if you don’t have children and relaxing in a quiet/tranquil place is your thing, you may want to rethink your choice.

The location was amazing and the rooms and the property were very clean and well cared for. They also have a nice breakfast each day.

The mattress was lumpy and you could feel the springs. The gym was also lacking amenities and equipment for lifting for this size resort. We also had one evening where the hot water was not working at all.

Very good

I gave this hotel stay to a newly married couple. They had a good time and enjoyed the facilities.

As I gave this hotel stay as a gift, I contacted the hotel and informed them. However, the credit card I used on Booking was not used to discount the payment. (This was not clear). And even when I told the hotel employees by email that this was a gift, they did not inform me that the couple would need to pay upon their arrival, during check-in. Really uncomfortable situation!

Location is awesome. Beach access.

Breakfast was only regular. Not exactly what you expect in this kind of hotel. The acomodation was fine with a good view, although the room seems to be a little bit old.

Lovely hotel , other guests disrespectful

The hotel was lovely we stayed in room 306 on the building right facing the ocean but the room 307 had a group of children screaming all day , pushing the buzzer on the rooms and despite me asking to keep it down the parents did nothing to educate the children . It’s a hotel ! Not a kindergarten ! Other than that all good
