Hotel bellissimo, stanze spaziose, posizione privilegiata. Staff reception cordialissimo

Colazione e cena: buffet ricchi, abbondanti e ben posizionati. Personale molto cortese. Non abbiamo avuto tempo di utuilizzare la piscina, motivo per cui torneremo.

Für 4 Tage mit selbst organisiertem Programm kompfortable Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente entsprechen nicht

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Lago Garda,Hatten ein Upgrade auf eine abgespeckte Suite( 1 Zimmer verschlossen). Mit Balkon und super Ausblick.

Der Bewegungsmelder für das Licht in der Toilette war zu kurz geschaltet und konnte nur durch Aufstehen und Tür aufmachen wieder aktiviert werden 😀 Der Pool innen ist zu flach mit 60cm Tiefe. Die Sauna wurde garnicht betrieben. Der Aussenpool war schon zu kalt.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub .

Das Essen ( Frühstück und Abendessen ) war der Hammer, reichliche Auswahl für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. 👍☺️

Great stay, loads to do and very children friendly.

Food was great, room was nice and cool, staff where super kind and helpfull and everything was as advertised or better (except for the internet)

Barely any internet connectivity in our room. The staff told us we should have said something sooner (we told them on our last day) as they could have added a repeater to increase the signal. So again really helpfull in trying to resolve the issue.

Beautiful scenery, great weather, lovely holiday but bit disappointed with hotel

Food excellent, staff friendly, very clean.

No tea/coffee facility in room. No iron in room. No reception for 4G. No night entertainment on Friday or Saturday. Gym doesn't open until 9am and breakfast over at 10am. Check out 10am. Courtesy bus charges fee and finishes at 5pm.

Family Funtime

What a brilliant option for young families. So much on for kids, yet if you want adult time, there is plenty on too. Lots of options for chilling, swimming or entertainment. Brilliant buffet and kids under 3 eat free. Sensational. Staff always had a smile on their face, no matter when you bumped into them. Also, some great restaurants local to hotel, that you do not need to walk back into town for. Give them a go.

Pleasant stay in Malcesine :-)

A nice hotel with with a lovely large outdoor pool with lots of sunbeds available. Good hotel breakfast and spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

The air con was next to non existent. Very old fashioned unit under that window that blows hot air and does not cool air.

Peaceful place with nice view. We enjoyed our stay, because of garden, children club and pools.

Almost empty hotel and they still charge for the garage. Outdoor parking is way to far from the room, since I came with two small children.

on the whole a great stay , the staff go to every effort to make sure the stay is the best. Very hard working staff and

the hotel is great for children, and Adults alike . I would not recommend adults staying if they do not like children or dogs! the hotel is spacious, hard working staff. really clean, great food and the staff are amazing.

Below expectation Carpet in the room have strong smell of cleaning detergent No porter or big trolly to help with bags ( they give us supermarket trolly to use) Do not provide iron in room ( ask us to iron in room downstairs) No coffee or tea / kettle in room No refrigerator ( mini bar) Location is in uphill so tiring Had to leave 1 day earlier because of that

A wonderful hotel, with amazing views

The views from the hotel are fantastic, and it's such a great place to stay if you have kids as there's quite a bit to do.

The only disappointing thing that we experienced, which is quite petty on our behalf, if I do say so myself. It was the day of the wedding and everyone had been out all day, we returned to the hotel (at approximately midnight) hoping to all get one last round of drinks before bed, but the bar staff were adamant that they had called last orders and were shutting the bar, so not everyone was able to get a drink. It would have been nice to get one last drink to finish the night off with the whole wedding party, but oh well that's the British for you.

We had a lovely holiday at the Majestic Palace and would be happy to return.

Very good facilities room, pools, common areas etc. Staff were extremely professional and helpful. Food was good. Lovely views from the property and plenty of different areas with umbrellas and sun loungers.

Music in some of the common areas was a little loud. The shuttle bus service is only available in the morning and as the hotel is approximately 1.6km from the town it would be nice if the service was available into the evening/night.

Next time book a room with the lake view :)

* Staff was very friendly, always welcomed you with the smile. * Our kids enjoyed 3 different pools with plenty of other things to play with * Room was spacious with comfortable beds and working aircon * Great breakfasts and dinners - open buffet did the job and waiters were very fast and friendly

*It was not clear enough via booking.com that the "deluxe" room with garden view (for which I paid extra) will be on the ground floor and beside path to the swimming pool. I didn't enjoy my evenings sitting outside in my "balcony" with plenty of passing by people. In addition, big part of my view from this balcony was a hedge situated 2m away. *Few nights in a raw we were woken up by a mouse or rat scratching our walls - it was reported and acknowledged by the reception but I'm not sure if they were able to do anything about it as the last night mouse scratching came back... * In our wardrobe one of the sliding doors was broken and I had to use some force to move it back and forth * There was no iron nor ironing board * There was no electric kettle nor coffee or tea in the room - which you would expect from a 4* hotel * Hotel wi-fi was not optimized for so many people using it and performance was poor during peak times. Had to switch to 4G

We chose the dinner package that is quite valuable.

There is an underground parking possibility for 5 EUR per night - but no one informed us about this until we asked for it - definetly a better and more safe solution than the free outside parking next to the hotel and with charging possibilities for EVs as well. We had booked a family room for 4 persons but there were only linen and towels for 3 persons - called the receptionist for more - but these things could only be supplied the day after - quite strange for a hotel this size.

Superb

lovely comfy beds, good bathrooms. Breakfast was fab, the pool was a welcome break though nothing like the pictures. Staff were completely wonderful and very helpful. Only slight negative I can give is the distance for centre of Malcesine. 20mins walk uphill was not for us, but fine if you’re active people!
