Location is very good in The middle of Stresa. Italian style of living, great! Appartmemt was clean and beatiful. We can really recommend.

Good location but modest breakfast

good location. Very sunny/bright room.

The breakfast is very modest. There was no lactose-free milk, expect Soja milk which is not suitable for me, although I have already asked for lactose-free milk even before my arrival.

great stay in a pretty confortable hotel

Property is close by the lake, just a short walk. it’s clean, well equipped and perfect for a 1-2 days stay.

parking can be a little challenging but you can park for free on the streets nearby.

Lovely and peaceful villa with very nice rooms

Very nice apartment with good bathroom and air conditioning, excellent location also, 8-10 min walk to the lake shore, 5 min walk from the train station. Would definitely come again

Great location and value for money. Skip the breakfast.

Location and Price. The place is hands down great value for money for most places in Stresa. Sofa beds were comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped. A 8 min walk to the lake and 10 mins to the boat stops.

The breakfast. This is a joke. we were told an hour before breakfast closes, that there are no more eggs. Coffee on both days was burnt. No fruits and only very limited bread options. The ACs in the house were great, however they stopped working on the last night. The wifi, it was only available in the living room. We told reception. They promised to get it checked but no-one came and it remained the same.

Breathtaking view from balcony, really nice host and a modern, clean room!

Absolutely wonderful view from the balcony of the surrounding area and lake. The room was really modern and clean too.

- Room is in a garage with very strong mold smell - Very noisy AC - Licking shower and toilet - Breakfast, check in and check out in an hotel at 500m distance

Good location, could improve cleanliness

The room was spacious with a kitchenette. Location was good.

Bathroom not clean, which is always a no-no but especially these days. Booking said free parking but upon check-in we were told we needed to find our own street parking. Maybe Booking.com should say very limited parking available, so as travelers are prepared having to circle around in search of a spot.

Frustrating

Breakfast and staff at breakfast were excellent.

My understanding is that there are many differences between the rooms, these comments only apply to the one that looks like a converted garage. There is a design quirkiness that wasn’t really successful. The toilet and bidet are spherical,?! Workable but Not that practical with humans. The bed is also round which takes up too much space in the very tight space. The shower leaks out into the bathroom. The bathroom itself is encased in a glass box which amplifies sound into the bedroom. The air conditioner can only be turned on and off by the circuit breaker and the remote doesn’t work at all, though that could be a battery issue.
