We got a good connection to Merzouga. Unfortunately we didn‘t prebooked the accomodation as recommended in the hotel („the driver will recommend a good location“). Unfortunately this was shabby and far overprices. Thas was really disappointing!

Incredible Riad with friendly, accessible staff members

The Riad Jardin Chrifa was the best stay I had in the whole of Morocco. The staff there are excellent, extremely friendly, and able to help out in every situation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, in large part because of how comfortable they made it.

I had the room on the bottom floor. It was nice, but I couldn't open my window because it opens to the restaurant, so diners would be able to see me, or inside my room when I'm not present. I also shared a wall with the kitchen, which meant I was awoken as soon as they started blending fresh juice for the morning.

Exceptional

The courtyard is so beautiful. As soon as I arrived, they served me hot Moroccan tea, and it’s just the most relaxing thing you can have after all the walking in the Medina. Also, the room has a private bathroom and shower. The location is excellent, it’s just 5 minute's walk to the busy area, and the staff there are amicable and helpful. And the dinner and breakfast is good!

Excellent stay!

Riad Jardin Chrifa is perfect! Just 5 minutes walking from the Medina. Very nice and clean rooms, eccellent food. But the thing we love fhe most was the friendliness of the staff. We also tried two extra services: the Medina tour and the Chefchaouen trip. Very qualified guide! Excellent quality-price ratio. Congratulations to all!

Pleasant stay overall & the Riad itself was nice and welcoming.The Mgement and Staff were excellent

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good Location was good Management (Houda, Majeed and Ibrahim ) were very helpful and friendly. Customer care very high. Overall my family and I had a lovely stay.

The bathroom was not acceptable. It requires updating. There were gaps in the bowl of the wash hand basin which led to water leaking as you used it. Room was cold but I guess that's a bonus in the summer months! Shower area very tight and in desperate need of updating and renovating. No pictures of bathroom on website to indicate what it is like! Not suitable for anyone with Mobility issues. If our suggestion for updating the bathroom are taken on board the Riad would enjoy a higher rating.
