Great place ideal for 2-3 persons. Would definitely use again.

Location was great for neustift centre and the ski bus stop is outside the apartment, cleanliness, host was helpful

Superb

Eva the owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is a short driving distance from most of the Stubai attractions, and a short waling distance from the Neustift town center which includes several shops and restaurants.

The location is great, the house is very well connected and Neustift seems to host a lot of activities. The inclusion of the Stubai Card is a must in this valley, it allows access to almost anything in the Stubai valley and was a dealbreaker for us. The host provides any kind of information about resources and activities in the valley upon arrival and even more upon request, which was awesome! All necessary amenities are present in the flat, and I really appreciate the request to recycle trash, which is then collected by the host. The host is a wonderful, responsive, and friendly lady.

The house is really close to the road and one should be careful when leaving and entering the property. The place has only a few windows so little natural light enters the accommodation, however, we were mostly sitting on the terrace so we did not mind.

Highly recommended place.

It is a very nice cabin, well equipped, clean and well located. Pretty close to public transport and the town. All perfect. Super friendly owner. If they will also accept payment by credit card (and not only cash) it would be ideal. Highly recommended place.

Peaceful, comfortable and traditional.

The location could not have been better with the main street a short walk away and the ski bus stop right outside. Parking was great. The apartment was large, clean and had everything we could have needed. Our host was friendly, warm and welcoming and our late arrival was no trouble. Balcony view was exceptional, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The apartment was heated nicely. Lots of information leaflets provided at the entrance. Building was lovely and quiet. Everything was incredibly clean and well-kept. Great value for money.

I can't think of anything that Eva and Hans could do to make it better.

Perfect Guest

Eva is a perfect guest for all the ages. I’ve reserved this apartment for my parents in law and she has been very kind and helpful for all the needs. I suggest this apartment also for the central position and fir the fabulous balcony with a fantastic view on the mountains!!!!

Cosy, well equipped apartment. Perfectly located with a beautiful view of the Stubai Valley

Perfect apartment for a couple or small family. Great location right next to the bus stop made it convenient getting to ski areas and from the airport. Eva, the owner, was exceptionally helpful with info before we arrived and during our stay.

All was great. Nothing to write here at all.

Very good apartment with an excellent host, thanks!!

The host was extremely good before our arrival and we were left with a very warm and comfortable feeling. On arrival everything met our expectations. The apartment was very clean and catered for everything we needed! we wanted for nothing and Eva (the host/owner) was on hand whenever we needed anything. A very good stay with an excellent host! we will use this apartment again! The photo below is the view from the apartments balcony.

close to the road, albeit this is a negative and a positive. The bus stop is a few seconds from the front door so carry skis and equipment was no issue.
