The shower was broken and had to be held by hand to be used. I called reception and they said they would send someone to repair it when available but we wanted to be up and out.

This is a resort hotel.

The room was terrific, clean and staff were helpful and friendly throughout.

I hadn't realised it was a resort hotel, so I was a but shocked by the amount of Thomas the Tank engine figures. I would not normally go somewhere for work where there were so many children.

Great stay

Everything was great. Food a bit mixed up table wise last night... starter plates still on table when mains arrived.. one child got starter and mains together... but the food was beautiful.

Staff were great. Restaurant was very busy therefore not much food to go around

My room and bed smelt fouisty not very nice. Adjoining door to next room was open upon arrival at hotel. But the smell in the room was unpleasant and stopped me from getting a good sleep.

Another great stay

Fab location right next to the theme park. Buffet option for dinner good quality and little play area. Outdoor social time for the kids. Will return

Not much to dislike, does what it says on the tin. Medium priced family theme park hotel. No frills but you don't need it for this kind of break.

Fabulous

We loved how much there was to do within the property great big park for the children to play, evening entertainment for kids and my little one lives looking at all the Thomas decor throughout the hotel.

Could have been a few more choices on the dinner menu but what we all got was nice.

Lovely hotel but a little overpriced

The hotel had a lovely theme throughout the common areas bar the restaurant and bar. Staff at the front desk were especially helpful and assisted storing a birthday cake for my son.

It could have been a little more child friendly. Maybe more of a fuss could have been made for those staying on special occasions, seeing as it is a themed hotel.

Clean, spacious and air conditioned

Room was spacious and air conditioned. Food in the Parklands restaurant was very tasty. Big shout out to Sarah at reception who upgraded us to a Thomas themed room upon check-in, our little boy was over the moon. A lovely, clean hotel. Not far to walk to get into the theme park. Free parking onsite too

Wasn't fussed on the sausages at breakfast. Maybe have instructions in the rooms on how to operate the shower as some of us are a bit thick 😂

really well presented. car park nice and safe. arrived 1am to lovely staff member

there was a leak in the morning when we were trying to shower and get ready…. water was off for 30 mins which wasn’t their fault, but caused us to get away later than we’d hoped. also didn’t like having to book for breakfast.

It is very close to the Thomas Theme Park.

The food at the restaurant was pre-cooked, always the same. Once the pizza was not cooled when served to us. Some of the stuff members were very unfriendly, they did not treat us as paying clients. In addition, they never knew the answer for anything we asked.

Really lovely hotel

free parking, well signposted, easy and quick check in and lovely rooms

if you’re in the ground floor room, there’s steps to get up and down so it’s awkward with a suitcase as there’s no ramp.

Very disappointing , i would welcome a reply from Drayton Manor

Breakfast was cold

As a young lady traveling alone on her first business trip staying at Drayton Manor became an ordeal she was put into a joining room during the night the person or persons was trying the door trying to gain access into her room and looking through the key hole she had to start banging on the door this was a very unpleasant experience for her when this was reported to reception they seemed un interested. i am considering reporting this to the police .

Overall a very good stay, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I love this hotel, I stay here a lot. I always stay when I visit Thomasland. Breakfast is very good and it stays open until 10.30 which is brilliant as I don't like getting up too early. They have tea and biscuits and a fridge for milk in the room, which is handy if you have babies. The food is good in the restaurant, the service could be a bit quicker but it's still good service. They have children's entertainment in the half term which is good. Lucky Lee the magician is brilliant entertainer.
