Wonderful Stay

I had an amazing stay! The hotel I stayed at enchanted me with its beach, pool, and open buffet breakfast. The breakfast, especially, was incredibly delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The staff made me feel like I was welcomed by dear friends with their warm smiles and hospitality. Their readiness to assist with anything ensured that my stay went smoothly.The cleanliness of my room was also outstanding. It provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time to the fullest. The hotel's beautiful views and being surrounded by natural beauty were an added plus.As a vacationer, experiencing such a wonderful stay left me very satisfied. The hotel's excellent service, fantastic beach and pool experience, helpful staff, and spotless room made my vacation truly unforgettable. I am eagerly looking forward to staying at this hotel again and will happily recommend it to others. Thanks to everyone involved for making it such a fantastic experience.

The stuff was very friendly! Especially the guys from Kazakhstan! They always were open to help, happy to give any advic

The beach was really nice, as well as the swimming pool! The room was ok, not very big, but neat and tidy. The breakfast was nice!

It would be nice if it is possible to have snacks like sandwiches or salads during the day in the hotel cafe, not at the beach, as the quality of food is really bad there, also pricy.

Great spot but just needs a bit of a spruce up.

Great position just outside the busy town. Access to waterfront was fantastic and pool was cool !

Needs a bit of a facelift with worn out carpets and few broken electrics. Check in was 2pm but rooms not ready until after 3pm. Waterfront lounges were at an extra cost even for guests.

The location. Also it had both a nice pool and a nice beach just across the road, the staff at the beach/beach restaurant were very friendly and helpful unlike hotel staff.

It definitely wasn’t a 4 star hotel. we arrived early (morning time). They took too long to do our check-in. We had to wait for 6 hours. The first young staff at the desk was unsure how the process early check-in, however after waiting for 2 hrs he told us that we could enjoy breakfast as it was free or enjoy the pool/beach while the check-in was in process. We were just about to do that then another staff came with the name Ali who claimed to be the manager and told us we are not allowed to join the breakfast on that day, if we do want to use the hotel’s amenities or breakfast we had to pay for it as they haven’t checked us in. He was using dishonesty/false information about the hotel being too busy and not having empty/clean rooms to avoid us checking in before 2pm, which I have never faced before in many of the hotels I have stayed in my life. He also added that this town (Kas) has different rules in hotels to any others in Turkey (which is false information). I don’t appreciate a manager being dishonest about what they provide etc just to get extra money off us, he also put his staff in an uncomfortable place (which I could physically see) as they had to change their story and also lie to us and follow their manager’s words. Because of the low level service and untrustworthy, dishonest, tricky, management, we decided not to stay for another day and booked another hotel nearby. It wasn’t a nice experience for us as we felt treated unfairly. The manager himself wasn’t professional or willing to be nice, unlike his staff.

The pool.

Everything else. Room was small and deteriorated. Smell in the room was awful, mixed sewer with some sort of lemon cologne, mould in the bathroom, toilets were not cleaned properly and not even soap in the room.

All and all great comfortable stay we had a good time.

Beautiful hotel with nice clean rooms. the pool area was very nice with a great view. the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

We were a bit disappointed at the standard for what we payed. for example on the picture they promote sun-beds and cabanas for hotel guests yet you still have to pay to use them. Also the hotel restaurant and was super expensive.

Very nice 4 stars hotel above expectations

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was clean and all new. I had a nice view from the balcony.The staff in very nice and always available. You can access the beach for free and you can swim in an amazing blue sea. The beach is also very nice.

It's a bit far from the centre and if you don't have a car and you plan to go often in the centre you will have to go by taxi. I spent a lot if money in taxis

Good quiet place to stay in Kas with great beach

1. The hotel is located not directly in the center but very close, in a quiet place with good beach. It is quiet beautiful area, with great clean sea. 2. The personnel is super nice and friendly and helpful 3. The pool is really nice and refreshing 4. Breakfast is great with seasonal fruits and variaty of hot dishes 5. You need to cross the road for the beach, and its a publich beach free for hotel guests. But its very cute and cosy, not crowded with beautiful sea and beach

1. we didn’t get 2 separate beds in the rooms as requested 2. we didn’t get kids bed on the first night, but on the second the hotel provided us with it 3. rooms need renovation despite these facts our stay in Kas was great, the personnel was really nice, we had a great time in the hotel :)

Plus: very nice service and private beach with super nice staff (Mon Cheri) - 5min by car to city centre of KAS.

Minus: food for lunch not good from Mon Cheri bedsheet not confortable at all wifi does not work smoothly 1 / 3 bar network…

“Sea view” - view of a car park, overpriced and false advertising

This hotel bears no resemblance to the photos. When we checked in they took us to a tiny room with a horrible view of the campsite. We had booked and paid for a sea view. They said it was Booking.com’s fault and that they couldn’t amend the photos on the website. The private beach is really loud and horrible and filled with influencers and slow, indifferent service. There’s a huge main road with fast cars between the beach and the hotel. There are no lifts so you have to carry your luggage up. They completely falsely and knowingly advertise the wrong rooms and then - when you are trapped and all other hotels are booked up - you have little choice but to stay. The breakfast buffet is disgusting.

the sea view room that we booked for were blocked with the canopy above the restaurant. the 1st floor room with sea view only get a partial sea view no availability of the towels near the sea front, had to carry from the hotel room across the road

Friendly helpful staff especially Mohamed, Gohkan and the cleaners. Superb breakfast. Stunning view with private beach. Parking available.

having a private beach and hotel pool was an advantage

it is a hostel, so don’t expect 3 or 4 star hotel room quality. hair dryer was so poor for example. but staff was so positive and helpful about all minuses.

Nice relaxing place

I am very happy to have experienced this lovely stay at Kas marin hotel. I enjoyed the view, the atmophere and especially the friendly staff. Beyza hanim made the stay even better by performing an extraordinary service. Always smiling staff. I will definitely come again.

Perfect breakfast, for the rest nothing good

The location is very nice, the breakfast is one of the best we got during our three week journey through turkey. So far the positive points of the Kas Marin Hotel.

There are a lot of points that need attention. - no elevator - very hard matrasses, like a wooden plank. Sleeping is impossible. - the bed was also terrible, still brushes on my leg… - shower which didn’t work well and hard to control the temperature. - personal not available, if we found one they see to be very nice. - room was old and dated.

Superb

The access to the beach club infront is included. I spent the day there can't ask for more. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

My room looked at the camping site next door not a big deal but not my favorite view 😂

The location of the hotel is great, and whilst out of town, it is just a short ride away by taxi which is super fast and low cost. The upside is the hotel is in a quiet area with beautiful sea views. It has a fab pool with a great water slide for kids, in working order. Pool bar available, if you can find the sleepy bar man. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, en suite. Great little fridge in room. Air con works well. The breakfast terrace is superb and the restaurant across the road is most romantic.

The hotel wasn't as welcoming as other places we had been to in Turkey, staff not all that interested in looking after guests initially though things improved after we complained. Pool bar was supposed to be looked after by a staff member who spent most of his time on his phone and was not much use. The breakfast was mediocre and served in plastic tubs due to Coronavirus. No real coffee available and initially we were refused fresh milk, but offered powdered milk instead. The room beds are essentially of orthopaedic, ultra firm quality so a bit like sleeping on a board. The main hotel and pool are on the other side of the road to the restaurant which is not convenient, though breakfast is served on a terrace on the hotel side. The hotel advertised 24 hour room service but this was actually only till 8 pm, or so we were told. No room facilities for making hot drinks such a kettle. Disabled access is poor to non existent with stairs or unusable steep ramps to contend with, and no disabled access at all to the seaside restaurant.
