Toller Urlaub, insbesondere der "Floating River" und das tolle Service

Alles super gewesen, wir waren nicht zum 1. mal im Hotel! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal an der Rezeption und im Hauptrestaurant - hier insbesondere Vagios und Maria! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit und das tolle Service!

All you need for a family vacation

Great place with super lovely staff. I travelled with my family and we felt great taken care off. The all inclusive option is absolutely worth it. Super impressive foods and different cousines and cooked meals. The entertainment and facilities were absolutely amazing, clean and in great condition. Great access to a beach, small shops nearby and a bus stopping. Overall great hotel, we'll be back!

The only downside was the bathroom where the floor was going out. But i believe if you have the room with batthum it won't be a big deal.

Perfect balcony with amazing view to the sea

Very good place close to the beach. Perfect, big balcony with beutiful view to the sea. Super tasty breakfast and dinner.

A bit old shower in the bathroom. Anoying thing that dinner cost 30 euro and there is not included any drink, for example a simple water. Every evening you have to pay extra for water...

we had a great time!

the view from the room was breathtaking!! and wonderful having the beach and pool so close. We were traveling with a young baby so it was very convenient having everything so close. there was a great variety of food that did not get old even after two weeks, the breakfast was great. the food was always fresh.

the hotel was a bit dated overall. the pools were too cold for a baby, the indoor pool was warm one day and then cold the next. the gym was very basic. the hotel next door has kid’s entertainment playing so loud at night, which we didn’t mind that much as we went to sleep early, but it was definitely annoying if you were trying to relax on the balcony in the evening.

Great stay, especially for couples

A resort that is a little bit dated, but with a soul

After a disastrous arrival in Rhodes due to problems with the car rental company, we arrived quite late to the hotel and were happily surprised by how welcoming the staff was. They had some solution for us to eat on site (it was that late) and even upgraded us. The hotel is exactly as pictured. Not really in its prime, but perfectly fine and with plenty of amenities and activities on site. It is a resort with all the good and the bad aspects you can expect from such a place, but the friendliness of the staff definitely makes it a little bit more homy. A car is a must if you want to leave the premise and visit the rest of the island.

This resort is a little bit dated. The swimming pool was a lot of fun (especially the lazy river) but with many missing tiles, and the gym was closed for I think (hope) renovations. In general the place was a little bit crowded, and we did not like the breakfast at all. The beach on itself is not one of the best in the area, but with the large choice of swimming pools you do not really need it. All of this is worth mentioning, but not worth removing stars, as at the end it is perfectly acceptable, and may I say, you get what you pay for. It is perfect if you are moving around the island, and just need a central place to chill at the end of the day.

Delivers with a smile

The Hotel facilities are very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and seem to have a passion for their career. The variety and quality of food is good. The Hotel room was excellent with a perfect view of the ocean.

The Dinner/Breakfast room was a bit dated. The Gym could need a facelift.

Staff were exceptional as was breakfast. Great facilities too.

Room whilst fine could have done with a little modernising to fit in with the rest of the hotel. Air con was a little noisy, shower was adequate but door in wrong place so floor outside got wetter than should have. Bed was softer than I prefer but I'm sure others might like it that way.

Excellent facilities - two pools, a lazy river and the beach are conveniently located and kept impeccably clean and well maintained. There are always enough comfortable sun beds by the pools and the sea, staff are attentive, friendly and go out of their way to help. Breakfasts are great: quality, choice, freshly squeezed orange juice is a bliss and, above all, staff with their genuine smiles, greetings and unparalleled attention to guests. Pool bar offers lovely cocktails and fruit smoothies and a snack joint at the other pool has perfect small bites - grilled haloumi sandwich was my favourite.

There is nothing I could fault the property on. Maybe a suggestion to add freshly squeezed carrot juice for a picture-perfect tan?

Close to the beach.

The property was close to the beach, hotel had free umbrellas and beds and towels. Faliraki beach is great for swim and even for snorkeling. The hotel room was good sized and included everything. The hotel in itself is normal 4 star. Nothing fancy. If you prefer luxurious feeling then check out the Esperos Village which we stayed last year.

Relaxing holidays with wonderful beaches on Rhodes

Perfect located on the beautiful beach. The seawater is great and all sun-beds are free of charge. Very clean resort and very friendly staff. Cheap and well-equipped minimarket in the hotel. The sea-view from the room (7th floor) is amazing. We had late check-out until 4 p.m. on the last day. We can recommend this resort for a relaxing and peaceful holidays.

- only 2 elevators at all - i’ts an older building and need to be partially renovated

An Excellent Stay at Experos Palace

Wonderful view from the room.The cleaners did a fantastic job with the cleaning and were very friendly.The restaurant was brilliant and had a wide range of foods for breakfast and dinner. The pool area was very relaxed and had lots of sunbeds/sofabeds so no need to get up early to claim one.The lazy river was extremely relaxing and it was very convenient having it next to the pool.The restaurant/bar next to the pool had great food and drinks and had a great view of the beach and pool.The shop across from the main restaurant is very convenient as it is not too far from the pool and has everything you could need. On first arrival we were given fresh orange juice and checking in was very quick. When we were leaving, the reception called a taxi which took about a minute to arrive. All staff were very friendly and the hotel had an overall relaxed atmosphere.

The elevators would sometimes get a bit busy when people were leaving the restaurant after breakfast/dinner and it would take a bit longer to get to your room but the stairs are always and option, if your room is on a lower floor, which are situated next to the elevators.

The chef and assistants and the restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating...the buffet was great with many food options.

The manager at the reception was not welling to provide any flexibility when it comes to check in and out time or making and changes...the beach was not great for swimming...the facility a bit outdated

Was not a 2 bedroom executive suite

Great view! Friedly staff!!

I booked a 2 bedroom executive suite for 7 nights. When we came there was no second bedroom nor a sofabed. So instead of sleeping in a nice bed, I ended sleeping in a lousy extra bed in a corner of a living room and was still paying 400 euros/night.

Staff amazing, discreet but present for all needs and incredibly nice. All very clean, the room, the pools and all the areas.

The only thing I’ll improve is making the rooms a bit more soundproofing.

The staff were great and the hotel was beautiful, the pool and the private beach were great. they meet my expectation about the facilities of the hotel.

Location next to sea, half board dining, view, personnel, free sunbeds.

It was written that the room will have a double bed, but there was 2 single beds. Couldn't sleep during night when the outdoor bar is open, because you can hear the noise in the room. Couldn't close the window, because it was hot and the air conditioning works only from June.
