Exceptional

I enjoyed everything. Sue and John were brilliant.they where very attendative and precise on the breakfast.the room was very clean again both sue and John would ask when you would like iuour room done.i had all amenities to hand.in a whole I would recommend this hotel to any one.

We loved our first visit to Southport and would definitely come again. The guest house was perfect

Excellent location, only a couple of minutes to walk from the guest house to local shops, restaurants, take aways, bars, amusement arcades and other entertainment. Free on street parking. Owners so lovely, friendly and helpful. Rooms excellent, large rooms, comfy beds, everything you could need. Loved that we could borrow the 4 guest passes to the local swimming pool just round the corner - the kids loved it!

can't think of anything except maybe the option of a later breakfast as sometimes we like a long lie on holiday but realise the staff need time to do other stuff and can't do a later morning service

Location was good.

Curly hairs in a cracked sink in the room. Hair in the bathroom sink. Decor very dated. Needs new carpets made it smell like a charity shop

great gem of a hotel everything was perfect food amazing all fresh and piping hot .beds so nice ,great area to travel from shop pubs restaurants .great hosts ,parking outside .we are booking again in September .

Brilliant little bnb

The hosts were very welcoming and accomodating.The breakfast was the best ive personally had in a bnb, it was fully customisable each day which i thought was very smart. Food was cooked to perfection and continental breakfast was offered.The free passes for the leisure centre were a great addition, the facilities were endless and there was something for everyone. The room was really clean and spacious, lots of draws and a wardrobe for clothes. Complementary tea and coffee replenished each day along with water.

The shower was a bit tempermental going hot then cold but that was the only criticism.

Our friends bedroom which was very small. Being asked to pay extra for en-suite when a map on the door shows all bedrooms have shower facilities.

Breakfast was lovely

Paid far too much for what you get. Poky room, toilet didn't flush properly and the bathroom door was sticking so couldn't shut fully. No bar, pool not on site and shut early over bank holiday

John and Sue were the perfect hosts nothing was too much trouble. Lovely cooked breakfast plenty of choice with as much tea and coffee as you could drink Our room was spacious and very clean will definatley go back

Excellent 3 night stay here. John & Sue were welcoming and helpful to all our needs. Comfortable room & really good breakfasts. Location is ideal, in that we could leave the car parked up and easily walk to all areas of Southport. Access to swimming pool & spa was a bonus.

Excellent location, close to everything. Lovely room with comfortable beds. John and Sue were both lovely.

No heating in the summer months, 1st night was a little cold but after speaking with Sue she provided us with hot water bottles.

Very clean and welcoming. Sue & John made our stay very relaxing could not do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent and had an excellent selection of food. We would definitely recommend the Warwick & will be staying there again when we next visit Southport.

There was nothing about the Warwick that I can honestly say we didn’t like.

A great 3 night stay, really well located B&B within easy walking distance of attractions etc.

Great breakfast, lots of options, and nice personal friendly service.

Everything was fine though we did decide to upgrade to a first floor bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
