Perfekte Lage und Infrastruktur für Strandurlaub

Durch die Lager in der 2. Reihe sind die Strandbars mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm in 1 min erreichbar. Kein Straßenlärm in der Nacht. Mit der Konsumation dort sind auch die Liegen reserviert. Schöner Sandstrand und perfektes Wasser. In ganz kurzer Entfernung Richtung Zentrum sind Eisgeschäft, Bäckerei, Supermarkt und eine besondere Taverne mit Tischen direkt über dem Wasser erreichbar. Von der nahen Bushaltestelle fährt stündlich der Bus nach Kavala, was zu empfehlen ist. Klimaanlage im Apartment, Strandtücher vorhanden, Ausstattung bis auf fehlenden Geschirrspüler perfekt. Kein Straßenlärm.

Die blaue Außenbeleuchtung in der Nacht ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und leuchtet trotz Verdunkelung ins Zimmer.

Not a bad place to stay for a couple of days

Next to the, bedroom was noisy in the night due to proximity of other buildings.

Bathroom floor incline made a small lake anytime one showered.

The bathroom was in very bad condition. It was not clean and amortized.. The kitchen was not equipped enough. Very croudy during the night as well. I won't book this place again.

We loved this place so much & have together as a small high energy family created forever lasting memories here with Demetrius & his very friendly professional busy team. The beach is the best of what’s to offer all along the Kavala coast. Very clean & tidy with no surprises lurking under the water, it’s extremely safe to swim out far enough to get into the deep blue & the dolphins actually took our breath away, a large school of local dolphins can be seen from 0600-0800 close to the safety buoys and the jump very high!! The food at Blue cafe is awesome, healthy & quick, lots of beach lounging available exclusively for guests & also for friends of guests. The deluxe apartment has everything you can ask for & more, it was extremely clean & modern with fancy doors that switch the AC off when you open them. Great lively neighbourhood with a great friendly supermarket with everything you need & more also. There is parking all around. This is even a great place to chill in the rain both on the blue beach & cafe. They also have a fresh bakery serving great coffee. Blue Apartment’s is a great place to stay & I can honestly highly recommend it 👍👍

Fantastic sized apartment, even a washing machine. The owner was so helpful.

No complaints with the accommodation, the local beach was disgustingly full of rubbish and plastic. Shame on the local authority.

The worst holidays in my life!!

We stayed in the "blue apartments and beach" from 03.08.2021 to 15. 08.2021. We arrived with friends by cars and rented 2 apartments. Before arrival, a separate consultation with the owner was made through the booking.com or whether there is free parking. We were told that yes, everything will be ok. As a result, the parking lot turned out to be a street with heavy traffic, where 2 cars can’t miss, so, according to our observations, most cars go with "scratched" sides, mirrors, etc. And if you need to leave somewhere, your place will be taken by another car, and on arrival you had to park even on the beach of the owner of the "blue apartments and beach". But that was just the beginning… We had to pay the final amount for our accommodation so we were told to do it at “the blue bar”. During the payment, the kitchen door was opened, and we saw unsanitary conditions in which food is prepared (flies, dirt, etc.). We immediately decided not to eat there in any case, so as not to completely ruin the holiday. But when we came to the private beach of our apartments, it turned out that every 3 hours we have to buy food for at least three euros per person from their bar. We had a shock! We tried to prove that paid does not mean to eat food of dubious cooking, but it was all in vain. During the two days of discussion, we were already covered in such a stream of dirt from the hosts that we decided to go to the beach elsewhere so as not to see the "friendly" hosts and the appropriate behavior. If you think that the beaches of the coast in Nea Peramos are clean, transparent with blue water, as we thought when planning the vacation, but it’s not!!! Beaches are dirty with dry grass, thorns, garbage (photo attached), the water isn’t much better. On the first day of arrival there were packs of cigarettes and paper, and other human waste.

Very nice apartment, first line on the beach. Incredibly nice hosts, very helpful. They have a cafe next to the apartment, which is very handy for breakfast, coffee and ice cream. The kids loved the vacation. We’ll stay there again :)
