Need to upgrade there breakfast. Corn beef it is too salty.

So the location is good. The hotel provides breakfast as a buffet and the workers are friendly. They always provide clean linen when cleaning the room.

The hotel is old and needs to be updated. Had a few cockroaches in our room small ones. The dont vacuum the floor during clean ups, found old food. This hotel host events in the downstairs ballroom almost everyday. Due to this it's always a pain to get to the elevator fighting through a group of people. The room and the price is not what you really expect and get compared to the photos. Trying to reach the front desk is always a gamble if someone will answer. I have stayed in a few hotels in Davao and this one is about a 5/10. If you can find another I would recommend it but if not it's a simple basic old hotel.

Very good

Great nice hotel in city. Few items need fixing as old but unique.

Obviously no insulation between room as could hear conversation next door. Credit to hotel they moved me to end of hallway where less noise.

Disappointing

Staff is good Rooms are very very very bad condition, there is a ticking sound all night coming from the air system. Furniture were to old, rust stain in the bathtub watwr is low pressure

Not bad in terms of location hotel outdated needs modernization of the rooms.

Breakfast was average . Variety of choices.

No access to all the tourist attractions as the hotel not catered for it.

Don't let the pictures of the hotel on the website fool you.

the Location

The WiFi is terrible; good luck trying to get any signal in your room. the rooms were incredibly rundown. noise from wedding parties and events makes it impossible to sleep.

the aircon in the room where we stayed is old and it doesn't function well.

Breakfast was good. The restaurant personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The conciërge staff were tact and helpful too. When we complained about the broken safe, they were able to change it into a better one. Thanks.

There is no internet connection to speak of. They could better change their internet provider or upgrade it.

the hotel needs to keep up with the times. the facility could do a massive makeover as its age is now obviously showing.
