사장님이 정말 정말 정말 친절하시고 좋은 식당과 여행코스를 추천해 주십니다. 걸어서 기차역에서 대략 1분 정도 걸리고 방고 깨끗합니다

기차역 바로 옆이라 기차 소리에 살짝 시끄러운 부분이 있어요 사장님이 타월 주시는 걸 깜빡 하셨는지,, 목실에 타월이 없었어요

Perfect location with good value

The location is their biggest strength. The check-in time begins at 10 am, which allows visitors to unload their luggage and then go on their trip. The staff are kind and informed me a lot about the Cinque Terre.

The sound insulation is a bit poor, I can hear the sound of the corridor, but it's okay if you just stay at night

Host is kind, friendly and helpful, fulfil all our request of additional facilities, providing useful tourist information, and keep close communication with us before/during/after our stay. Location is excellent, walk distance to train station, laundry, shopping street and restaurants.

One of the bed is not comfortable - mattress depressed.

An amazing stay with great location and hosts

It is a perfect stay. Locations is perfect. 2 min walk from station. the rooms were big, clean and beautiful. Hosts are really helpful and sweet. Worth the money!

Welcoming host, super room, great location.

The room was large, clean and had the added bonus of a separate storage cupboard to put all our bags, clothes, shoes etc. Out host was very welcoming and gave us some great local info for things to see. The hotel is located conveniently close to the train station so has easy access if you’re looking to visit the Cinque Terre villages.

Lovely hotel in a great location

it’s in a perfect location right next to the station and within a couple of minutes walk to the Main Street. it was clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staffs were nice. There are towel shampoo and shower gel. The view of the city from balcony was awesome.

Location is perfect, quick walk to the top of the Main Street in La Spezia with plenty of options for cafés and restaurants. Also only a few minutes walk to the trains allowing us to easily get to Cinque Terre.

The rooms are located at different floors (ground floor, first floor, 2nd floor), inside an old building located very close to the train stations in La Spetia, great location for visiting Cinque Terre (although using the boat is a better option to visit Cinque Terre, in my opinion). Around 20 min walk until the harbor, through what is the main touristic street in the city. As the building itself is old, the rooms face specific issues (such as old entrance doors), but yet are decent in size, are clean and well endowed (air conditioned, refrigerator, LCD TV with Netflix, coffee machine). Public parking is available nearby the train station, but the costs are rather high with no option for paying other that ”per hour”. Still, the host helped us park somewhere very close for 15 eur/day. There are plenty available places for food and relaxion nearby. But the biggest asset of this accommodation is the communication with the people running the place. They have been smiling and always ready to help. It made us feel welcomed. I would definitely book this location again, if I will return in La Spezia.

Host was amazing, upon our arrival Luca waited and assisted us with parking. During check in he patiently explained everything in regards to location and what we should see and do during our stay and the most important shared tips for transportation which really helped us get around.

I don't have any suggestions for improvement.

Great!

I really enjoyed my stay in La Spezia and the accommodation was perfect. Very close to the station and main part of the town. The staff were lovely and offered some great recommendations for places to eat & things to do in the region. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Luca was so kind and welcoming. we had left a stressful week in London and this was the absolute perfect place to come for a nice dinner outside just five minute walk, and then the quick train to beach next day. Amazing place
