Highly recommended!

Great location in the heart of Oslo, very close to everything. The bus stop is right at the door, and it's close to the tram and the train station. A fantastic base for exploring the city. The apartment is very small, but very functional. The bed is very comfortable with soft pillows, a large duvet, and quiet air conditioning. A very good and convenient solution was the room with lockers for luggage and a closet with spare items in case something runs out in the room, as well as towels for replacement. It's self-service and very convenient, and we were able to enter the room 2 hours earlier, for which we were very grateful! The windows are very tight, so they block out all external noise. Highly recommended!

It's hard to find any downsides; the only issue we had was with disposing of the large amount of trash we produced since we were cooking in the kitchenette, but you can give it to the cleaning staff. Also, I think that if someone gets a room closer to the entrance door on the floor, they might have a problem with the slamming doors, which could be annoying.

TVs don’t work, poor customer service

Nice clean modern apartment in central location

TV didn’t work, and clearly has never been set up. Looking at reviews, we could see this has been a problem for all guests for several months. Complained to staff (over whatsapp as there are no staff physically available) and was essentially told that yes the TVs don’t work at the moment. I asked if they were fixing the problem or if we could be otherwise compensated as the room was not cheap and was advertised as having a TV and they are clearly aware from reviews that the TVs haven’t been working for months. I got a response that they would bring a ‘sorry treatment’ to the room. The ‘sorry treatment’ arrived and it was an individually wrapped tiny bite size piece of chocolate (not even one each!) which felt more offensive than giving us nothing at all! Would not recommend just on the basis of this poor customer service.

Superb

The location was great, with walkable practicality to all tourist attractions around. All rooms were just renovated and looked perfect. Bed very comfortable and just I like. Heated floor in a bathroom. Complimentary (maybe just because some floors are still under renovation) water, snacks.

There is nothing to complain about.

Convenient location and beautiful room

Easily accessible from Oslo S and the self check in was seamless even without having any staff onsite. I arrived earlier than expected into Oslo and asked if an earlier checkin was possible and they were very responsive with quick communication. Will definitely be returning to stay when I’m back in town. I like how there is a washing machine in the room and to my surprise they even provided a laundry pod.

Economical option for a stylish small double.

The room itself was stylish, clean and well appointed. Nice view to courtyard.

It was a tight room, and the passages outside were pretty average. The whole building appeared to be in various stages of renovation.

Mixed. Liked certain room features and hated others. Having to call internationally to resolve

Room was large and had all the essentials.

First off, getting into the facility was very troublesome. We needed to receive a code to enter the property which they would send once we confirmed payment. The email to confirm payment only lasted for 1 hour and we were traveling at the time it was sent. Phone calls to the property company went back and forth for about an hour (at 11pm). n Once we go t in the room, the TV was connected to the internet, but no shows were available. I had to manually connect MY HDMI cable to MY COMPUTER to watch anything on TV. Cal to complain about that got nowhere. There is NO ONE physically on-site to deal with any issues like this.

Very Good Apartment Residence

The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, great place.

There was some noise from street traffic at night but nothing big to worry. The hot water wasn't very quickly available. Could be a minor fix.

Superb

Perfect location. Close in walking distance to every attraction. The opera house, munk museum, yhe old city. Very friendly communication with the owners even though it could have been nicer to meet a real person face to face. For every questions we got a quick response which was very helpful. Thank yoy

The only thibg was the bad smell from the refregerator. It absorbed strong smell of food and will be good to clean it so it will take the smell away. We hardly used it Other then that every thing was great

Location, kitchen equipment, strong wifi. Bus and tram stops near the block. Close to the bus and train station. Close to all major attractions in the city on foot. Considering the location and prices of Oslo, I recommend this place.

The room was different than the one selected on Booking and shown in their photos. Cold room. Not very well cleaned to start. Tv is not with local and other channels, it's a tv to connect to a phone or tablet, there are no tv programs. The shower leaked to the bathroom floor. Two beds that move apart, which did not give comfort.

It was very easy to check in using the code provided. Very good location.

We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves and there was no air conditioning. We had to open the windows because it was too hot and it was loud outside. It would have been nice to have kitchen basics included in order to wash dishes.

Clean and great position, but failed at preparing correct number of beds.

The position was absolutely amazing, only having to walk for about 2 minutes into the center. Everything was clean.

When we arrived late at night we found out, that the beds were prepared only for 2 people. Therefore we had to do that ourselves, which wasn't exactly pleasant.

A good place to stay if you are young and stay out late in the evenings, “so and so” if you like your comfortable quiet

The best think was the location, there are small grocery stores and restaurants and cafe places in the area. The bus no 30 that goes to the museums area is right in front of the building. We’ve rented the property mainly for the washing machine as we are in a long trip with small luggage. It is actually a room that has a kitchen area and a sleeping area (two twin beds) and a good size bathroom. There is a kettle and an ironing table and iron and sufficient dishes, glasses, pots and cutleries. I like that the floor is wood not carpet so it is easy to clean.

It was in late May and the room didn’t have heating on and no extra blankets; it was pretty cold and uncomfortable in the room especially the nights. The mattresses are not very comfortable, there is a thin one on top moving continuously on and off the bed. No extra pillows or blankets. The company that rents the room is asking you to go on a site and upload the Driver License / passport photos and a selfie and they will send the codes for accessing the building and the room, so there is no human contact (couldn’t find any statement what is happening with the DL data after that!). The windows are facing to an interior court where there are restaurants and even with the windows closed you could still hear all the noises, till evening times.

Noise from from building courtyard could be quite load at times with 2 restaurants and children playing and other apartments. Even though listed as having elevator access, it failed to mention 6 steps up to elevator on ground floor and another 3 steps once you got to apt. floor. Fridge had no freezer and washing machine did not work properly.

Very nice design

I like almost every element of the room. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom, not so big, but enough space for a bathroom with washing machine. The amenities were also nice. The entire room was spacious and very clean. It was also located in the quiet area, so you can expect a good rest.

Some part of the road is hilly, so it was really challenging if you are carrying backpacks or suitcase.
