Spotless convenient to visiting Most welcoming hosts

Bit in small side had to close curtains for privacy. Perhaps vertical blinds would be better as can tilt to let in light and still maintain privacy

Pleasant hosts. Clean and smart suite of rooms.

Well appointed private room, en-suite and kitchenette.

The heating came on very late so we got up and dressed in the cold. Initially had difficulty finding the gateway on a very busy road - passed by twice! Quite a narrow driveway to the rear and only just enough room for all the vehicles. I need the car doors to open wide for disabled access which was occasionally tricky.

Long weekend

Close to town centre with good parking. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice shower room and comfy bed. Cleaned daily. Nice owners.

A little haven in Ayr

Beautiful, fresh linen on beds and a very clean room in general. Friendly check-in and a quiet, but convenient location.

Great location in comfortable room for overnight stay.

Nice clean room, huge comfortable bed and perfect location for us. Friendly owner who did his best to get us a room early and check all was well.

No communal spaces or outdoor seating for our use, though not a huge issue as we were only there for one night and close to restaurants and bars etc.

It was difficult to find as it was a very small entrance with only a small plaque it would be helpful to have a much bigger sign easily seen from the road

Great overnight stay in the centre of Ayr

Room was spacious with its own private entrance & a great super king-size bed. Spotlessly clean, with nice bedlinen & soft furnishings. Central location with private parking space. Host John was welcoming & friendly. Would definitely book again.

Liked everything, if I was to nitpick, electric shower was a little bit weak & bath towels a tad on the small side.

Excellent rooms. Extremely comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities provided. Only a short walk into the town centre/ beach. Hotel owners are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Miller House aa a great place to stay.

Possibly include breakfast but only a short walk to reasonably priced cafes.
