Hotelul are potențial,doar că are nevoie de un pic de atenție!

Amplasarea hotelului, mărimea camerelor și micul dejun care a fost foarte gustos.

Curățenia lasă de dorit, pereți scorojiți,canapelele și mocheta pline de pete,un miros neplăcut.

Smaczne jedzenie i wyjątkowa lokalizacja to najlepsze atuty tego miejsca. Dostaliśmy ponadto przestronny apartament z ogromnym tarasem.

Zdecydowanie hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Droga prowadząca do hotelu jest w stanie tragicznym.

Too bad that the management doesn’t want to do better.

The location is great. You have to search on map and be prepared; for us was the best. On the road we saw a fox.

Everything that you read on all the other posts is right but, you have to remember that is a two star hotel.

Good only for a layover. I do not recommend for families with small children

The view and the quietness.

Room was not proper cleaned. A lot of insects inside the room (ants) :(

Very poor

Only good thing was the staff.

Room was very dirty, full of cigarette smell and half of the lightning didnt work. Also, the bed dressing had dirty marks on it. And last but not least, the road to the hotel is extremely tight and full of potholes.

Passable

The location is amazing if you come by car. The hotel is in the miyof a forest and you can enjoy the nature ir take a walk from the hotel. The food is good, the restaurant is very nice. The stuff is very friendly

The facilities of the hotel is very poor . They are almost not maintained .

Friendly place, good value for the money

Good value for the money at about EUR 60. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were big enough to accomodate a family of 4. In a very natural setting.

The location only functions if having your own vehicle or comfortable using taxi, as it is way off from the beaten track at the edge of Vitosha forest.

Ideal for the money just don't arrive after dark

Didn't stop for breakfast because nothing was ready. Although the old lady who didn't speak a word of english was very helpfull and we managed to communicate that all we wanted was a cup of tea.

Got there close to midnight and it was dark and foggy. Trying to find your way up the winding hill road in that weather was a challenge. In the morning when everything was clear we realised we had couldn't see half the road when we came.

Poor Standard but Great Location.

Location is superb.

Booked the suite well in advance only to be told on arrival that it wasnt available. No reason was given but i suspect it was allocated to someone else who wouldnt have had a discounted rate. Double room was dirty with stains on the walls, bed mattresses were collapsed. Faulty fittings in the bathroom where the cover for the hairdryer fell off leaving exposed cables, made even more dangerous by the fact there was no drain in the bathroom to allow the escaped water from the shower to drain away leaving you standing in a puddle. Breakfast was interesting even by Bulgarian standards!!!

the road was on a hill and it was snowing and me and my family were unable to climb the road with a vehicle so we couldn’t make it

Clean air

The stuff were friendly. Food at the restaurant was good. Service was excellent. Clean air.

Exceptional

Absolutely awesome place, nice little hotel in the middle of the forest, with crystal clear air and birds singing all around. Plenty of hiking variants around, and still city is only 20 mins drive away. Staff was extremely nice, helped us with everything, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice accommodation

The guy from the reception is a really nice man. He took care of us and our needs, very friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable and soft, the position of the hotel is worth the price and bad parts. Clean room and good food at the restaurant but a bit pricey.

As other mentioned, the rooms/hotel are not in the best conditions. There are broken pillows, tiles, etc. The road to the hotel is a bit difficult, you should have a good car to reach it.
