If you want to spend time in the caravan between 23pm and 6am it’s fine. Outside these hours it’s unbearable to stay in

The common sitting area next to the pool, palm trees, people

unfortunately, it was rather dirty and very uncomfortable in the caravan due to very strong heat

Great spot, safe clean park! New owners are doing a great job and the park feels safe and clean. 10 minute walk into town. nice and central. Stayed in a deluxe double room, nice and fresh with everything a traveller needs.

Cabin was good. No issues.

Caravan annex was cold and didn't have enough heating for the space. 1 heater in the annex.

Great Bateman's Bay Stopover

The lady at reception was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and helpful 😊 the place is conveniently positioned near the centre of town.

The park and it's facilities are a little dated, although we stayed in a lovely new, comfortable dog friendly cabin. It's positioned on the junction of 2 fairly busy roads, so not very scenic! Good for a one night stopover and reasonably priced

Nice TV setup. Good selection of movies.

Toilets could be a little cleaner. Some bugs to contend with.

I booked a cabin and was given a caravan without bathroom facilities. when I tried to explain this wasn’t what I booked the staff were rude, would not give a refund or upgrade. they were only interested in taking my money rather than any customer service. the central bathrooms were not clean, the showers were blocked.

Terrible experience.

Barking dog ALL night next door. No sleep. Cabin 25. Owners know of the dog however would not consider any refund. We left after the 1st night...were supposed to stay 2. No refund or consideration at all from owners. They are aware of the dog yet still book paying customers to the next door cabins. Our weekend was spoiled. Very upsetting.. Please be aware if booking near cabin 25.

Facilities are good if you just want the basics, great central location. Easy walking distance to town centre or along the river.

comfy bed very clean

smell of dog and fur on the floor, dog at back of cabin and the little dog in park bark a while, the the house behind us played loud music, but it settled down after a couple of hours,as it was only over night it was all right but not any longer.

Fabulous! Loved the cabin, staff were so friendly and helpful, location stunning!

Had a wonderful last minute short stay. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Location absolutely beautiful - beach and ocean immediately adjacent and stunning lake and bushwalk immediately behind us. Staff provided for extra guests and their late arrival. The cabin was clean spacious and had everything we needed. Highly Recommend!

Very old holiday park. Not to be recommended, especially when compared to Big 4 holiday parks which charge approximately the same price.

The pool and our room

The fighting of people and dogs barking behind us. The grounds were not what we expected. This is a place to stay overnight not for a holiday.

Very disappointing for $200 per night. not worth the money

the location was good

The lock was broken on the front door, it did not lock. we had to rely on the screen door for security and privacy and toilet didn’t flush properly, randomly did not work. No iron or ironing board and mould over the fan.
