Lovely stay in a clean and spacious room

The room was very clean and spacious and had a microwave, a small fridge and a coffee machine. The host was very friendly and even though she could not speak English we managed to communicate. She was even able to accommodate our bicycles. It was also across the road from a supermarket and had few restaurants nearby.

Calm family-run pension with good public transport links, communication could improve

Excellent calm location with good public transport connections to UN Campus Food store just opposite open 7 am - 8 pm Energy savings features in the rooms Cutlery and microwave for having breakfast in the room (room 4)

Despite filling the statement that I was travelling for work on the first day, the city tax was billed and not refunded Limited reactivity on questions sent by email; I had to call separately to get the door code for late arrival Had to request shower gel because big bottle in shower was empty when I arrived

Right across the street there is a REWE. Well equipped and spacious :) Companies and Ministeries easily reached by foot. Would come again!

Internet is weak. But here it is very clesn and calm.

It is very comfortable and the responsibility is very very kind.

The bathroom is goog and the wc is too. But the bathroom and wc is together, I don’t like it. Unfortunately !

Old hotel and a budget place for a single night to stay ...

Close to the river Rhine. Room-Price has been quite moderate. A supermarket, two pharmacies, a bakery, some restaurants and other stores are located in the same street. Free Wi-fi (but this is standard nowadays, I think).

Room has not been truly clean. Bathroom without an operational heater / radiator. Bed was very simple and noise, bed/linen, blanket, pillow - everything very thin and appeared quite used / old. Noise from the street and noise from other rooms and the hall. The entire house would need a true and deep renovation, when living-up to year 2021/2022 hotel room standards.

Good for a short overnight stay, friendly staff

We stopped here for the night on our way to our actual destination, as it was the halfway point for us. The room was spacious, clean, and beds were comfy. The friendly staff member met us in our room, showed us around, and explained all the rules, even checking our Covid passes. She spoke German, and I have very little understanding of German, but we were still able to communicate things pretty good. It is across from a Rewe with a bakery inside. Microwave and fridge included in room, but we did not need it for the night.

There was some fur on the bed, so you may want to check for pet-free rooms in case of allergies. It took a bit of drive from the highway exit to get to this hotel from the direction we were driving in from, but getting back into the highway was not an issue!

There were some issues while checking in, but we managed to resolve it. Bedroom did not have a door and you could hear anything from the street.
