Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare ...38 gradi, camera sottotetto e nessun impianto di areazione!

Purtroppo nulla.

Purtroppo tutto. Siamo arrivati alle 17.00 in albergo, ci hanno fatto pagare al check in. C' erano 38 gradi ...caldo insopportabile. L hotel ci ha fornito di una camera sottotetto con solo due finestre a vasistas piccolissime e nessun impianto di aerazione ... era impossibile trascorrere nemmeno un minuto nella stanza. Pertanto abbiamo chiesto se vi fossero stanze alternative magari ai piani più bassi...più arieggiabili ma apparentemente non c era alcuna scelta. Siamo stati costretti a cambiare struttura per una con aria condizionata. Abbiamo successivamente richiesto almeno un piccolo parziale rimborso in quanto abbiamo pagato 2 volte la tassa di soggiorno e non abbiamo usufruito di alcuna parte della camera che, d altro canto, non sarebbe andata a nessun altra persona visto le condizioni inumane ... ma nulla. La struttura non ci ha rimborsato NULLA. Pessimo servizio!

Clean, comfortable beds.

Check-in is only possible until 9 p.m. Before 9 a.m. there was almost nothing to eat at breakfast - we were expecting something else by choosing accommodation with breakfast.

Nice hotel for a day or two in Brno

Nice, small hotel. Good location not far from the center. Parking is free and the territory is closed with gates. Breakfast is included and really tasty.

No air conditioner, unfortunately. Could be a bit hot if it`s 30+ outside.

Nice room disposal, very confortable bed and decent breakfast

Several things didn't work out, shower, tv, some light. Rude staff although receptionist was kind and help us.

at evening there was an electricity cut and we couldnt contact any stuff member-no one pick up!!!

breakfast - stuff even had a problem said Dobre rano... at evening there was an electricity cut, when we tried to contact stuff members on all phone numbers which was provided no one pick up!! - i dont what what we would do, if there was any higher emergency stuff.... they fixed electricity at morning. why dont you put some of your stuff at emergency phone line?! the walls are very thin - we heard snoring from next room like the person slept with me in the bed! we will not come again

Good location, it’s near the city center. Agree that at night time there was a little bit scary to coming back, because of no enough lights. The room was clean and good to be there. Breakfast is also good with several variants and you can choose what you want.

Absolutely no any sounds isolation! Walls are like from carton, we’ve heard our neighbors all night. That’s terrible, I could not have a good rest … maybe it was only my case, but better know it in advance

Good size room, quiet and cozy. Very good breakfast. The hotel has its own parking space, which is very good. Location is okay, not far from the city center.

There was only one little piece of shampoo per person, some soap (or liquid soap) would be nice.

Recommended stay in Brno

Communication prompt and clear, be mindful of the check-in rules, they are strict. There is ample and secure parking, however only available after 4pm, so if you are in the area earlier, I'd recommend to park at Hlavni nadrazi, which is a paid car park, but you are sure you won't violate any of the parking policies in Brno. After check-in, you can come and go as you please as you are given a fob from the gate 👍 Our room was located in the second floor, I don't think there is a lift, not seen one anyway and didn't ask as we didn't need it. The lofty room was spacious for the 3 guests, very clean and cozy. Spotless bathroom with a shower corner, towels and toiletries provided. Bed very comfortable, and the windows had blackout blinds. Plenty of sockets to charge our devices, wardrobe and table with a couple of chairs. I must mention the breakfast - very wide selection of either sweet or savoury, cooked or continental. Was definitely a surprise and agree with other reviewers that it was very nice.

Comfortable hotel with secured parking

A very nice building with comfortable rooms. Staff are very nice. It is only a ten minute walk to the city centre. Secured parking and excellent breakfast.
