bello e ben tenuto il parco intorno all’albergo…migliorabile il servizio snack bar in piscina… interessanti tutti gli spazi esterni ma da valorizzare meglio. A conduzione familiare, anche il personale tutto gentilissimo

camere e spazi comuni po’ antiquati e bisognosi di restyling. Il bagno mancava di areatore e di appoggi ma comodi i letti

Very nice and comfortable stay.

Very nice and friendy stuff, swimming pool was nice and not packed, great location to the old city center, fair “car and bike rental” prices, cleaning room drvivej daily, great value for the money.

Breakfast was very poor, mostly sweet and dry cakes, when you come later for breakfast you have not many options. Noise in the rooms and hall early in the morning, doors seal nothing. Hall lights are “on” all the night so the light goes inside the room. Not nice beaches in the near distance.

Started better than it ended

The A.C was well needed.

The pool was not very clean, I was also informed I would need to purchase a swimming cap for €3 to be able to use the pool. Breakfast was fine, I had half board so also had dinner. The dinner was catered to the older generation so therefore not much chewing needed. Also water is included in the breakfast but not in dinner ? No one informed me of this, I was just rudely given a bill on check out. Not sure if there was just a lack of communication or just hidden costs

Exceptional

Scrupulously clean, gorgeous hotel. I loved it. The staff were courteous, kind and polite. The room was lovely and well equipped. The surrounding areas were lovely. Grounds very well kept and clean throughout. Really couldn't fault anything. The garden and pool were immaculate and beautiful. The indoor area was immaculate too and set out in a lovely style; kinda old style retro but I love that and love that they retained that and didn't change. Loved the old pics in the hallway. The room was quiet and I particularly loved the shutter system which worked so well in keeping out noise and light when I needed sleep. This is something so important when on holiday thats not often found nowadays...kudos to Pineta for this! And also, respect to the cleaning staff (rooms and pool) who do a wonderful job; you maintain the hotel par excellence 👏

The shower in my room overflowed a bit; maybe something that needs looking at. Rm 163

We LOVED our stay here. everything about it was perfect. great size pools with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. Was very quiet and therefore very relaxing. All the staff were lovely, polite and very welcoming. The food at this hotel was also great, breakfast was a very generous spread and dinner was always something new to try and very tasty food. Located so close to both the port and to the castle.

The room we had was a little on the smaller side.

location was really good, and the property had a good size pool and good pool bar. rooms were clean and good size. facilities at hotel were overall really good

the fan in our room was really pool, so we struggled to sleep in the night because of the heat.

Our stay here was very enjoyable! Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool and bar were both great and the location is perfect to access beaches and the port, 10/10!

Location was nice.

Room was very far from clean. Lots of insects in the room. Room was very small and bedsprings are uncomfortable. Walls are about as thick as the receipt for the huge bill that is in no correlation to the quality. Furniture are very old and smell like it. Breakfast is very disappointing and cheap. Door to the terrace had a hole underneath so insects could come and go as they please.

Wonderful spot in Ischia!

This place is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating which made are stay so wonderful. The place is very relaxing with it’s beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools. The location is perfect as a short walk either way gets you to food and beaches and the castle. Very handy with a bus stop 10m down the road. Rooms are big and spacious with a great fan.

Superb

I really liked this hotel! The swimmingpools in the beautiful garden are great! The hotel is situated so you can easily walk everywhere, the beach is a short five minutes walk away. Excellent wifi!

Loved the pool! Location was good. 10-15 min walk in either direction to port or pointe

Towels were dry and hard. Sheets were stiff and NO blanket or comforter. Pillows hard. Walls are thin, can hear everything going on outside the room. Room was way smaller than in pictures. No where to put luggage, had to put on floor and hop around it. Hotel needs to maximize small rooms by eliminating useless furniture. Breakfast wasn’t great. Waited forever to be acknowledged. No options to chose from they bring over half filled glass of juice, plain yogurt, deli meats, and the only thing good which was a fresh croissant. Hotel says there is a shuttle service, but there isn’t. They just call a taxi which costs 30 euro for a 5 min ride to the Porto.

Location, the rooms are not very modern, not a lot of power stations
