Customer service was good. However the dirty blood sheets and drug induced people/hotel customers provided a unsafe

The Lady at reception was very lovely and helpful

When we arrived, although the customer service was great. Our sheets and pillowcases were dirty with some type of body fluid. We then moved to a different room. We woke up at 2am with drug addicts out the front causing a scene who some also stayed at the hotel. Very noisy. Did not feel safe.

pillows had no support and we could hear people in the other rooms stomp around and slam things. not very quiet and in need of some sort of sound proofing

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff gave me a breakfast pack to have for breakfast in the morning which was very kind. Only problem was there was no bowl in the room to use., So I thought I would just have a coffee. Guest what !!! the kettle didn't work. Not sure who looks after your rooms but you may need to have a chat with them.

I’ve stayed here a few times and I would do it again

Staff and everyone was amazing we celebrated my mums birthday and they were still extremely nice and just came up and let us know to keep the noise down

The bathroom is very small. There is advertising for food on website and billboards everywhere, but they do not serve it anymore...fake news

Bed was so comfy. Air con was on when I got in so room was nice and cool thankfully!

Staff member was blunt and unpleasant, also left waiting a while despite them seeing me waiting.

Convenient location. Helpful staff. Swift check in and check out.

Breakfast box and drink on arrival. Cheerful, helpful staff. Easy connection to WiFi. Smart TV.

The bathroom needs to be resealed and some cracked tiles.

Location. Unsafe area. would not venture out at night. Pictures of Hotel were better than hotel itself. No bistro, even though it is mentioned on their website and on booking.com. Fortunately pizza shop, fruiterer next door. Shopping centre a few minutes drive away.

Rooms are delapetated very very unwelcoming. Staff were very very helpful and gave a direct refund.

the rooms are nothing like the pictures, carpet was old and smelly. pub had no functioning kitchen, No screens on windows. plenty of cigarettes on the windowsill. The rooms were very very delapetated. I suggest new pics need to be taken

Comfortable friendly atmosphere

The staff were all friendly and the nightcap managers were very accommodating. Highly recommend if your looking for a comfortable place to stay out of town that's not going to break the bank.

If I have to say something it would be Noisy air conditioners. But that would be my only complaint.
