Kundenservice wird hier nicht gelebt

Der Check-In war Recht freundlich wir würden noch gefragt ob wir den Zimmerreinigungsservice für den nächsten Tagen möchte oder lieber ausschlafen wollen, haben uns fürs ausschlafen entschieden aber dann..

... Ging am nächsten Tag direkt über uns der Presslufthammer an, DIREKT ÜBER UNS! Auf Nachfrage ob man für die Lärmbelästigung wenigstens nen Kaffee bekommt war der Mitarbeiter so freundlich uns Mitzuteilen das man das mit der Renovierung doch beim Check-In erfährt (wir nicht) und aber an der Tür hängt doch n Schild. Ein Kaffee geht klar, für 2€ pro Kaffee. Kein Föhn im Zimmer, Spinnenweben on Maß, Kleiderbügel mit Spinnenweben und deren Beute begangen, Matratze naja zumindest besser als auf dem kalten Boden zu schlafen.

Wat we van verwachten. Budget.

Hotel is goed voor een tussenovernachting. Kamer was redelijk. Douche was goed alleen wel heel klein.

Airco deed het wel, maar daar houdt het daarbij op. Totaal geen koeling🥲 Schoonmaken kan beter.

NIE WIEDER

alles sehr schlecht, der Toilettenraum sehr eng und ohne Belüftung. unbequemer Plastikstuhl im Zimmer, das Zimmer sehr sehr klein, keine Schrank , alles im Koffer der auf dem Fussboden stand. im ganzen Hotel keine Möglichkeit nach der Messe mit Kollegen sich zusammen zu setzten. Im Frühstücksraum viel zu wenig Platz. 2 Tische für 4 Personen und 4 Tische für 2 Personen, Die Tische und Stehstühle angeschraubt und der Zwischenraum viel zu eng. NIE Wieder IBIS Hotel

Für eine Nacht reichts!

Das Zimmer ist auf das nötigste reduziert. Man hat was man braucht, mehr aber auch nicht.

Waschbecken außerhalb der Toilette. Schrecklich! Nach dem Toilettengang will ich Hände waschen und nicht erst nen Türgriff anpacken!

don’t stay here if you want a good nights sleep, the doors are paper thin and everyone speaking in the hall will wake you. cleaning lady burst in while I was changing - didn’t knock first.

Airconditioning was in good working order during the heatwave we were in. Bed was relatively comfortable and check-in was fast via the self-service counter.

Shower is right next to the bed, not really a problem if it weren't for the fact that the glass door by design has a small hole in it (to open/close the door) resulting in some water splashing down on the floor next to the bed.

Nevertheless, a night well spent

The room had air conditioning which I did not expect. Free WiFi that also worked well as did everything else in the room. For the 8,50 € price Breakfast was ok, nothing special but bread rolls, boiled eggs, yogurt etc. It is possible to find parking space for larger vehicles near at the street.

As many here have written, there could be something done with the cleanliness. I dropped something under the bed and it was literally filled with dust. So if running a hotel, just a normal vacuuming now and then could be ok maybe? The room is typical Ibis-style. Nothing too comfortable, the sink and shower are in the room itself which is a little weird. I was told on the phone that until 22 o'clock someone is at the reception but when I arrived at 21:45 they had already gone home. The machine on the other hand was very easy to use.

Very bad experience - unhelpful staff - stay away

I selected a room for 3 people, and indicated that we're 3 people explicitly. They prepared the room for 2 people. When we arrived the hotel, they told us the room was prepared for 2 people and they didn't give an additional pillow for the 3rd person. Stay away from this place.
